It's a very clean, cozy and good-looking hotel in a quiet area, rooms with balconies and air conditioning. We recommend it because other areas in the city are noisy and rather dirty.

The hotel says they are pet friendly but they were not happy with the medium size dog, so it took us some time to convince them. The signs in the hotel say "no smoking" but there was a strong cigarette smell in the hall of the 2nd floor.

We traveled with friends and family to Antalya and stayed 2 times for a night to rest, both on our way forward and back. The hotel is great for the purpose as it was roughly in the middle of our journey. It is also in a busy urban area and hence easy to find shops of any kind nearby, yet the location is relatively quiet. The rooms were OK, the bathroom was clean and spacious.

The rooms looked differently than the pictures on Booking obviously they looked much better in the past. It seems as though only a cosmetic renovation has happened since. The beds looked old and worn(one had a missing foot), the sheets were clean but torn here and there. The floor was not well cleaned. In my view the rooms require total renovation. Although there was a big sign smoking is forbidden there was an ashtray and traces of smoking in the room. The stuff did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate the first night. There was a problem with payment and the second time there was someone who did in order to help solve it. Then there were more issues with exchange rate and commission while paying at their terminal but fortunately all was resolved in the end.

We are completely satisfied with this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and really tried to make us feel welcome. He even gave us bigger rooms than we booked and we are grateful for that. He also gave us instructions on what to see in Sakaria and was helpful in every way. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean, and there is a kitchen on the ground floor where you can prepare coffee or tea to drink in the hotel's beautiful courtyard. Good wifi and free parking in front of the hotel. All recommendations for Hotel Palmada.

Staff is very cooperative & friendly, specially furqan, house keeping staff is skillfully done their work. Location is too good, Grand Bazaar & food restaurant are very near, just on walking distance.

Got something urgent and need to late checkout. The staff was really helpful and give us permission to late checkout. Plus, the location is not too far from Çarsı, able to to reach by walking.
