A lovely family run hotel in a quiet location close to the centre of Alacati. A 5 minute walk round the corner and down the road takes one to the edge of the old town which is full of restaurants and shops. Mini buses run from the end of this road (opposite the Taksi garage ) to Ilica beach and Cesme. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast full of home made items.

The hotel feels like it is a bit out of town as it is in an area being developed. Some of the side streets have empty plots which are a bit dark and quiet at night (though the main road into town is fine). It's a 30 minute uphill walk from where the airport bus drops one off.

A beautifully appointed and kept boutique hotel. Staff are not intrusive but helpful when needed. Rooms are lovely and comfortable, ours going out on to private courtyard which we loved. Very clean property, excellent breakfast and you can walk in to Alacati in 10 minutes, so close to town, yet far enough to not have town noise. Very peaceful location. really cute boutique style and a cute pool that we jumped into every day and night! staff was really nice and helpful despite the language barrier. gave us very good restaurant recommendation and helped arrange transport. we got the smallest room size but with a small balcony it feels enough, plus the pool and lounge area was beautiful so we hang out there a lot anyway. i also noticed they use high quality stuff: pillow was super comfortable, so was the bed, some towels were really soft and different (although they later got changed into the normal, rough type)

I wish the curtains were black out type or a bit thicker, since we really slept in over our holiday. the location would have been perfect in a nicer weather, but unfortunately we were there during the hottest time in July so even a 10-min walk to town was excruciating… (and it’s so close so you can’t really get a taxi to pick you up)

We stayed at the Alabora Hotel in Alacati for 5 days in May. We were happy with our selection. The hotel is in a quiet location and the two sisters who run the hotel and other staff were very friendly. The breakfast was prepared with love and tasted good. Every day there was a different hot meal. The room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable, we had a good wifi connection and a safe. The rooms are cleaned on request, which we didn't know from other boutique hotels and which we weren't told when we arrived. If you need new towels, etc., you will probably get them as part of the requested room cleaning.

The only tiny drawback was that our room was next to the kitchen and every morning very early, sometimes as early as 6am, we would hear noises from the corridor that would wake us up. But that's no reason for us not to book the hotel. You may also be able to request a room on the lower or upper floor. It should be quieter there.

The hotel is cozy with great outdoor facilities!the breakfast is really good and the stuff is really helpful and kind!the hotel is around 10 min distance by walking from Alacati!

The room was small, and it would be great if we could adjust the lighting of the room according to our needs.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Beautiful property, great staff (though very little English so be prepared to use a translator). A ten minute walk from the center and very quiet at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, friendly staff, any issues wee solved very quickly. A great breakfast included. Rooms were spacous.

Aircon was a little temperamental. Shower pressure was also a little off at times, but fixed quickly. Bed sheets were rather itchy, it wasn’t a cotton sheet like normal.

No one spoke English. We had to use Google translate to communicate.
