Loved this place! Serene location. Close enough to the city and shops. It's a bit of a climb down but walkable. Parking on the street but literally nobody else passes on the street except those who live around. The owner is a really nice guy and the helper too. They used translate for everything but we're extremely friendly and hospitable. It's quite like we're staying at their house, which is the point of a boutique hotel. The best part for us (especially given that finding a vegetarian meal for lunch or dinner was a pain) was the breakfast! The spread was just fantastic! Lovely stay overall.

Nothing much really. The AC wasn't working when we checked in, but the owner is also a contractor. So he was able to fix it for us and was super nice about it despite my pestering.

The hotel is very close to the city center, 10 min walking distance. Very close to shops, restaurants anything you would need. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is amazing with several jams, pastes, pastries as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replaced daily. Kasim Bey, Ayse Hanim, Cemsit and the others are all so nice and they do anything you need to make you feel at home. Pool is a decent size surrounded by a lot of sun-beds as well as chairs&tables. So pleasant to sit around the pool and drink some Turkish coffee. We definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who visits Alacati and we will sure be back next year! it has a very friendly vibe staff act like we are family or friends the owner was so caring he even ride us to the terminal with his car free of charge even with no English language they act very caring the owner even changed our money in a very fare price breakfast was sooo good and they try to add something new every morning, room was cleaned every day the location is good it's a little far from the beach however it was close to the centre of the city it was in the middle so you can walk anywhere i would like to thanks them for their hospitality, altough some of Turkish people try to overcharge us for everything but staying here made a very good memory of Turkish people for us

everything was very good just one point, the room don't have a electrical kettle. some people like us who drink tea very often, electric kettle is essential!

It is not really the hotel but municipality of Alacati should really take better care of the roads and environment. It felt like we were in a 3rd world country trying to find our way through rural paths. The roads and hotels vicinity need an overall revamp.

The hosts are on-site at all hours and very very helpful with anything you need and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They even picked us up (for free) when our flight and connection was very late on arrival! The breakfast is prepared daily and exceptional. The host provides a very competitive currency exchange service. What a great stay!

This is no fault of the property, but note the power sometimes goes out in Alacati for 1-2 hours. This means you might not have a/c on occasion. But e wasn’t a big problem for us as it happened in the very early morning.

The property has a very good location, in a quiet place outside of the center of Alacati, but very close in a 7-10 minutes walk. Enough parking place for the people that come by car. The rooms are absolutely cozy and beautiful, we had ottoman style with balcony. Beautiful and stylish pool. We had a very good breakfast on the restaurant terrace.

Our accommodation was very suitable and clean, considering that my son has mobility issues. It was an excellent choice, and I will definitely consider this location for my future trips.

The hotel room was clean comfy, and spacious. Breakfast is provided with a wide selection of foods. The workers are pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for a stroll around the city centre. Definitely, I will book this hotel again.

A real warm and friendly house, very clean and tidy, supermarkets are a few minutes away, about 7 to 8 minutes to the bustling city center of Alacati on foot, unique homemade breakfasts that are prepared every day, a friendly and friendly lover. Whatever you want is at your disposal, Mr. Qasim did whatever help he could for us.
