Exactly how you hope a boutique hotel should been run and appear. Immaculately presented, unique fixings beautiful decoration and relaxing ambiance. The breakfast was very nice other food options that we tried were also good. All the above should be standard but it’s people make a good vacation great. The hospitality was amazing! Warm, very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble and always on hand to provide answers or solutions to our questions or requests.

There was nothing to dislike. I do have 1 things to offer as feedback. Black out blinds or curtains would be most welcome to support better sleep early morning, especially in East facing rooms. We went to bed late every night but the sun is so strong from 05:30 on.

We had the most amazing time in this hotel, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We stayed for quite a while and every day was phenomenal. Everything was great.

This is absolutely a piece of heaven on earth. The staff are super friendly, nice, and helpful. They always carry a nice smile. Their hospitality makes you feel at home. Especially Murat Bey who tried to give useful advice every single day during the breakfast. The rooms are clean and bright. The decoration of the hotel is so beautiful and spacious. The pool is crystal clean. And If there was an option to put the rate of 1000 for the breakfast I definitely would do so! The location also is perfect and just a few walking minutes from the center of the town.

It's one of the best hotel I have ever been to. Loved at first sight. It is very, very beautiful and cosy. Staff amazing. Especially Kerim was very friendly and warm. There was another man I don't know the name, he was also very good. All the time, they were ready to help you. We arrived early in the morning and they gave us the better room to stay 1 night. It was very good for us because we were tired and wanted to relax. The breakfast was super tasty..

We were warmly welcomed by Murat and his family - the breakfast was delicious and generous; the pool area was lovely, and the rooms were simple and small but charming. An extra bonus was that we could walk into the charming old city of Alacati. It was a joy to spend some time there, and we would always want to come back.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very warm, kind and welcoming. The rooms and the hotel was very clean. Very quaint and beautifully decorated. Rooms had air conditioning which was wonderful to stay cool at night. The hotel is within good walking distance from the city center and local supermarket if you need to buy anything. The two workers that spoke English, Farrouk and Asla were very friendly.

It would have been helpful to have brochures/pamphlets/information on local tours/activities within Alacati or even the Greek Islands which are close by. A lot of that we had to research and ask around in order to figure it out. For example, even a map of the town, so tourists can understand where the beaches are and what to see. There is so much to do in Alacati and even Izmir, so I think if the staff could find ways to facilitate that more, that would be excellent.
