Location was ideal. Very close to everything except the bus stop that departs to the Izmir airport. However, the taxi took us to the bus stop for 70TL (April 2024). The breakfast was amazing. You didn’t want this experience to end. The staff were excellent in accommodating everything we asked for. Wasn’t noisy and beds were comfortable.

The room we stayed in was tiny. It was difficult to put our suitcases in and not much space to unpack our clothes. However, it was manageable and this would not put me off booking again. I’m someone who is extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke and the room felt as if someone had smoked in there. Also when windows were open smoke smell came in from outside. As it’s in the back of the house having the windows open didn’t help much with the ventilation. I wished it was strictly no smoking policy as in the breakfast area it was smoked. Now I’m aware the breakfast area is up in the terrace but still it’s extremely disturbing when you want to enjoy your breakfast.

The whole stay at this tiny but beautiful hotel was quite good. We loved that atmosphere there. The staff was amazing, too. We recommend this hotel for everyone, because of the warm atmosphere and welcoming hospitality from the owner and her staff.

Everything other than my room! This is a very elegant small hotel owned by a kind and energetic young couple. They don't live there but have helpful staff there all the time. Tassir (he) speaks good English and was thoughtful about recommendations of places to go. When a minibus driver didn't understand my request, Tassir drove me there himself. For communal space there is a lovely roof terrace for breakfast - something a bit different every day and all delicious. And there is a spacious sitting area on the ground floor. The hotel is well located on quiet streets but only a few steps from one of the main roads that circles the old town and where you can pick up a minibus. Don't pick Room 2 - worth paying extra for a room.upstairs - but otherwise strongly recommended!

I picked the wrong room which had a subterranean feel and a shortage of air and light. It looked out on to a wall less than a metre away. It didn't catch any breeze so I had to have the air-conditioning on at night (which worked very well.) The rooms on the first floor were much nicer.

Very silent location, superlative Turkish kahvaltı (breakfast), cozy room.

Unfortunately, hospitality is not the strength of this amazing structure. I would have never expected to pay an "extra" 10 Turkish lira for only 0,5 ml water after a trip of 7 hours. As a deep lover of Türkiye and Turkish culture, I would say that this is not the best place to expect a typical and warm Turkish welcome. Cleaning of rooms should also be improved.

Stuff was extremely friendly and responsive. Breakfast was amazing. Teras was chill and good location for the breakfast. Location was pretty good as well and building was in good condition.

Shower cabin and bathroom equipment were mouldy and mildewed. It would have been bleached.

We have stayed for 3 nights! July 28th through 31st. had a great experience! it is a nice butik hotel with a great owner who is in charge of the facility at all time! Rooms are very fresh and clean, the owner makes sure, each room is cooled before the guest arrives! each day after leaving for the day, they would come in and clean the whole room!! When we return, we would come back to our new freshened and nice smelling towels and sheets! It was very nice!! in addition to that, the location is great; pretty much everywhere from the hotel is in a walking distance! ohh, before I forget, make sure you have your breakfast before you leave for the day! amazing, amazing breakfast with their organic tomato, cucumbers, peppers etc. that they grow along with the owner’s moms’ traditional handmade Turkish food for that given day! very very good breakfast! so all overall! Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend this place!!!

About 2 minutes walk to Cesme's bus stop. Need 15 minutes go to city centre of Alacati. The owner is very kind. We were almost late for catching Havas bus. Luckily he helped us to book one big van for 6 pax to Havas bus station in Alacati on time. Need 3 minutes drive from hotel to Havas bus station in Alacati.

We loved the breakfast, very unique and nice varieties. Two ladies who were dealing with breakfast and hotel were amazing and very friendly. Hotel location is only few minutes walk to town sights. Hotel is cosy with good decoration.

Mattress felt quite firm for us, even though it says orthopaedic, maybe it was not for us.

We had a fantastic week stay in the Lodos Hotel. Yusuf, our host was most welcoming, friendly and helpful providing daily info which made our holiday perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed, slippers & toiletries provided, linen and towels changed on each service. Breakfast was amazing with delicious homemade freshly cooked traditional pastries and a huge selection of family made preserves. Lodos exceeded our expectations, 5 star for hospitality. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean and the location was just a few minutes walking from the town center, lots of restaurants, shops and cute streets nearby.

The room was very small, too small for two people.
