Nice beds, big size of room Location is good, near center and supermarkets, cafes, restaurants Cleaning was good

Room was smelled as cigarettes. It tools us two days of open windows day time and aircon night time plus few aroma candles and sticks to remove this smell. ( not everyone was so lucky so some rooms without smell from the beginning) As I said location is good but construction of new buildings all around. Next year must be done so will be awesome

Great apartment hotel located close to everything you require. Small kitchen/ lounge with settee , table chairs with great fridge, kettle, 2 burner electric table top rings. A few plates and such... Clean throughout, refreshing cool small pool with loungers and shade umbrellas. Hammocks & outside seating areas. Close to the beach and close to the bus stop for bus to town , cleopatra beach, and beyond. Staff readily available, ladies work hard everyday cleaning the shared areas and rooms cleaned upon request including clean towels.

Nothing not to like but a feedback comment ....WiFi was not fantastic in the rooms, but enough for us. Pillows not comfortable, but have found this is normal throughout Turkey. A few more kitchen items would be helpful along with a t.towel, dishcloth .

the only remark is, in my room, the airconditioner is in front of the bed, so the fresh air falls directly in front of me, which makes me feel cold, but generally I was able to handle it.

Wi Fi is poor :(

-The apartment is comfortable,similar to the photos posted. -located in a quiet area but at the same time 1 minute walking to main road -staff at reception were very kind and helpful -1 minute walking to the beach where you can find several restaurants and caffes

-no Air Condition in the living room -the A C in the bedroom was badly- located facing the bed. -10 minutes equivalent to 1.5 km to Alanya centrum where you can find most shops and lively nightlife

Very friendly staff, they are ready to solve the problems. Cleaning is done every 3 days, if you want more you may ask. The hotel is in the city centre close to the beach. There are many shops and cafes around. Nevertheless, it's quiet at night.

A/c is only in the bedroom so it may be hot in other places. Furniture is a bit old.

Best hotel in Alanya! Very big apartment with 2 balkons and is very quiyet area.The location is the best!You have everyting close,the beach is like 1min. The people who is working in the Hotel are so nice and kind. I recomended Queen Apart Otel!!

All is good. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel offered a very good service for the price we paid.

Air conditioner only in the sleeping room, the rest of the apartmend becomes very hot, including the Toilet.

Location, spacious room, great kitchen, quiet neighborhood, helpful staff.

One of the glass walls of the shower is missing, which makes everything moist when you use it. WiFi was unstable—on and off occasionally.

We booked a room for 2 people and it was VERY big. It had 2 balconies and 2 rooms. The location was also nice. It is 15 minutes walking to the main city attractions and 5 minutes to the sea.

The only problem in the room was smell. Somebody was smoking nearby and the smell were coming into our room through the hood in the bathroom.
