I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and was left with a bad impression. The staff is disloyal, they demand money for everything and you can really feel like you are being deceived. This time it was geographically convenient for me to stay here, but I thought that the staff had changed and there would be no more such disgrace, but I was wrong ... The same woman worked at the reception ... She immediately began to extort money, saying that the room I booked was bad and on the first floor. Although when I was choosing a room there was no indication that the room was bad and I left a comment that I wanted a room on a higher floor. I asked which way the windows in the room faced, the sea? Because that was the request in the comment. But upon arrival, the hotel manager, a woman, said that in order for the room to have a sea view, you need to pay her an additional $ 10 per day in cash. I asked, in this case, for another room without a sea view. The manager said that the other rooms are bad and will be on the first floor. I said that I would not pay extra. Then the employee offered to pay 1000 lira. I said I have 700. She said, let's have 700. That's the kind of check-in. I don't recommend it! And I won't come here again!
