Brilliant stay highly recommend . was staying here with my my two kids the location is brilliant with parks outside the hotel and further down the road beach front hotel with balcony the apartment was very spacious and clean with all required essentials. Housekeeping was done daily new towels and bedsheets changed were provided daily.front desk staff Ibrahim was brilliant extremely helpful and went out his was to provide help and support as and when required ..Ray another front desk staff very helpful full and support. Theres lifts in the property. I would highly recommend this.no restaurant inside but few close by 2 mins walk away. There's fridge in apartment is very helpful the beds very very comfy my both kids slept very well on beds.

I was happy with everything jist the hot water tend to be a little issue at times for shower it was only available at certain timings. No soap or shampoo provided take your own. For kitchen no tea sugar extra have to take your own .no microwave . Over all brilliant stay

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, we were greeted with a smile whenever we went past reception, nice genuine people at the hotel which caters to more mature guests, the pool was very clean, quiet, the location is right actross from a nice section of beach which was not busy, there were some excellent restaurants within a 3 minute walk plus two large supermarkets, you can walk to the fortress or the beach club or central Alanya within 20 mins, not hustle and bustle but everything is within reach, this stay exceeded my expectations by far. Highly recommend. Kleopatra beach which is across the road was Nice every day and not a cloud for the stay…perfect for getting a deep tan

Great location - across the street from an excellent beach, safe (police station across the street), the owner is very nice and customer-oriented, good and inexpensive menu on the premises. Paying extra for the sea view is not needed - you have a bit of it from any room. Plenty of restaraunts in a walking distance. Migros 5 minute walk away. Furniture is old, but sturdy. Room cleaning is daily. WiFi speed okay.

The receptionist replacing the owner during night shifts is sometimes moody and hostile to guests. But aren't we all? On the bright side, when he's in the good mood he excitingly greets you each time and calls you "my friend". Some extra staff training or replacement would do be beneficial for the property. Taking pictures of your laundry before handing it in is a good idea - you might find some of your items missing and the cleaning lady will say they were never there - probably just misplacing and loosing your stuff.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights, paid 16$ per night in february 2024. There is a small stairway before the entrance to the hotel. RECEPTION: All staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Especially old guy from the reception, very funny one. ROOM: I lived in "Economy Room" on the third floor, double bed with private bathroom. It was a pretty big room with balcony, air conditioner, dressing table. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was little bit cold at night, but you can turn on air conditioner and it is better to close the bedroom door. BATHROOM: Clean, water was warm and the pressure was ok. Towels are provided. But it is little bit dark inside, so it is difficult to shave. Shampoo and gel are not provided. There is no washing machine in the number, but you can ask reception for laundry. KITCHEN: Pretty big territory with 2 sofas, small tv, balcony and kitchen with everything you need. Kettle, pot, forks, knives, small electric stove. Also you can enjoy sea view from the balcony. Great location, really spacious rooms,had 2 balconies, lovely and clean, fresh sheets and towels regularly, very helpful reception staff, lovely bar for a late drink when returning from town.This is our second visit and would definitely return, amazing value for money and so close to a great beach and lots of restaurants

I stayed many times in this hotel and I'm planning to return again. I always feel welcomed there, the people who work in this hotel are very friendly and they know about hospitality. I believe that the real sincere hospitality is not something that you can learn but it is something that some people have and others don't have. Belle Ocean's employees have this important quality. Thank you! And of course I like the location of this hotel, right on the seashore. It is wonderful to go for a walk or for jogging in the morning. Alanya is very clean, safe and pleasant city. I traveled a lot around Turkiye and I think that Alanya is the best place for long vacations, long stays.

Great location — the sea is just across the road, and there’s a big market, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel could use some renovation, but given the price of the rooms and all its other benefits, that’s easy to overlook.

The hotel apartment was spacious, clean. Comfortable beds and pillows with white linen without stains and holes. Air conditioning with heating worked well. There was everything you need for cooking in kitchen. Great location - near the beach, shops.

Only a few channels were available on the TV.

I loved the clean, spacious room and the view from the balcony overlooking the sea would rival any 5* hotel (photo attached )( we had a front and a side balcony so it was much larger than expected,) location is great and the restaurant, in its own secluded garden was lovely and really good value, they have an excellent chef, but what makes this hotel very special are the friendly, helpful staff, nothing is a problem and they always asked if we were having a good time. We like to travel together, not with tourist groups and the info on the Rivers,caves,forests, cable car was so helpful we really appreciated this, ( Dev and Ray are the beating heart of this hotel) we have travelled to Turkey many times and associate it with fabulous beaches , blue sea, amazing food and very friendly people, this hotel/apartment ticked all the boxes, we would love to go back and will recommend to friends

Absolutely nothing....although wish we had stayed longer

We are family of 4 travelling with kids. The hotel is in very good location, affordable and accommodating staffs, highly recommended .
