It is a wonderful family hotel with a completely renovated face. All employees are so attentive. I recommend this hotel to everyone, where guest satisfaction is kept at the highest level. Wifi connection is excellent. It is a 1-minute walk from the beach.The Breakfast is realy great.TOP.TOP.TOP

Great value for the money. Don't expect wonders, its a two star hotel in the end but its a very pleasant one. The location and the polite staff are the highlights of the offer.

Room 1008 should not be offered until fully cleaned and repaired. Please remove it from the offer. Its bizzare to check in someone there. Staff were responsive and transferred us to a new room the very next day, but god almighty... that big black mold is extremely unhealthy. And leaks from the ceiling? Please don't put people health at risk for a small amount of money. I am certain that the reviews will be much better, if people are not checked into that room.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and were very satisfied. Despite our early arrival, we received our rooms immediately, and the staff – especially Mr. Rüstem – gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a cozy, family-like atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent: close to the beach and the city center, yet peaceful. Breakfast was tasty with enough variety. We were initially hesitant due to the low price and two-star rating, but we were pleasantly surprised. Many thanks to all the staff

Miss Cleopatra Hotel is a place where every guest is treated like a VIP. The hotel administration is extremely welcoming. I arrived with my daughter at 2 a.m. and was offered an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a 38-hour bus journey to Alanya. The service is exceptional. The Turkish breakfast is absolutely mouthwatering 🤤, with a great variety of cheeses and olives. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of local shops and an old bazaar nearby where you can buy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our room wasn’t very big, but it was cozy and included all the necessities such as air-conditioning, a TV, minibar, a hair dryer, etc. The interior was modern and light, which made it feel even more comfortable. The cleaning team was fantastic! My daughter loved how they folded towels into the shape of an elephant—so lovely! We stayed for 10 days, and each day was filled with a relaxing atmosphere and warm, caring service. I definitely recommend this place and will come back next year with my friends.

What wasn't there to love about this wonderful hotel! Upon arrival, the team gave me such a wonderful welcome, my room was of a very high quality with a nice balcony to sit outside when needed. Once I was settled in, I headed over to the restaurant for dinner & the grilled fish was out of this world! I had dinner at the restaurant nearly every evening, the food was very good! Also, a massive bonus - The hotel is located a minute's walk from Cleopatra Beach & in a prime location for all the top activities you can experience in Alanya! The team made sure my stay was great; offering so much assistance & were just generally wonderful - I was always happy to see and chat with them every day. A special thanks to Fred & Ayhan who went above & beyond to provide a 5-star service! Also, the beautiful lady at reception & the kind man who worked in the restaurant/bar always had such a wonderfully warm countenance - thanks for everything! Definitely a hidden gem of Alanya 😊

The location of this hotel was great, and the staff were respectful and friendly. The hotel was located in two separate buildings but next to each other, and our room and building were completely renovated. The sea could be seen from the balcony. Thank you to the Hall staff

- Due to the heat of the air, we could not turn off the air conditioner and the air conditioner was broken and made a lot of noise - The water pressure was so low that we could hardly take a shower, but I think this problem is related to the whole area and not related to the hotel.

We were on vacation with a family with a small child. We liked everything very much! Good soundproofing of the rooms, thick curtains, new air conditioners and mini-fridges. There is even a kettle and a safe. The hotel has two pools - an adult pool (1.50 m deep) and a small children's pool next to the adult pool, which is very convenient. From morning to evening, there is music, deckchairs and umbrellas. A 2-minute walk to the sea, a free chic beach. Delicious breakfasts are included, a large selection of cheeses, olives, fruits, vegetables, sweets (which you can take with you) are always served + a coffee machine with latte/cappuccino, etc., tea, various juices. Nearby there is a cafe with a European menu and low prices. In general, near the hotel there are many shops and a supermarket with cool prices. Among the pluses, I would also note television with many channels in different languages. Responsive staff who gladly helped with any questions. In general, a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Feels like you are at home and everyone is happy to see you. Also I would like to note the work of the Manager Selami, Administrator Emre and the Bartender Muhammed. Always positive, energetic and intelligent guys. For us, as guests, they became the face of this hotel! Our family booked 3 different rooms and everyone was delighted with the hotel and the service, which exceeded our expectations. Not every 5-star hotel cares about the comfort and mood of its guests as much as Miss Cleopatra. We will come there again next year.

It would be great if hotel staff had name and title badges.

Staff were helpful and polite. There was a good variety at breakfast each day, from eggs, vegetables, breads to fruit. The room space was adequate for 2 people if you don't have very huge bags with you. Bathroom is bit of a squeeze but adequate for the stay. The hotel is located quite close to Kleopatra beach, a short 2 min walk.

Not on my floor, but some below there were still dirty dishes/cups left in the hallway for a day or 2. With regards to the elevator, it's important to note that there are a few stairs to climb up before you get to the lift from reception and once on your floor theres another set of stairs down. With that said, reception did ask one of the staff members to assist us with our bags.

I would like to say a massive thank you for all the staff members. Manager is very communicative and responsible person. We were very welcomed. Everybody is very helpful and friendly. Turkish coffee served in the bar was very delicious Fire show in the evening programme was very good my daughter really enjoyed Breakfast is so delicious and the fruit taste is something above my expectations Rooms are renovated and very clean you have everything you need The most important thing to me was that hotel is close to the beach literally 1 min away Reasonable pricing We will come back for sure one day because we love it!!!
