Our stay at the hotel went very well. We checked in around midnight and were given a room on the first floor, which of course was not what we had booked, but without any problems the next morning they exchanged us a room on the 5th floor. The room is cleaned daily, karaoke can be heard from the bar after 11 pm but not for long, in principle it’s not a big problem. Regarding food, you will never remain hungry here, the food may be monotonous, but tasty. There was fish and chicken and meat. I would like more selection of fruits. Special thanks to the staff, all the guys are great, they try, they are polite and sociable. There is nothing in the entertainment program, the choice of music is not always good, especially the russian music is just a nightmare. It might be a good idea to invite performers for live music nights. The beach is comfortable and clean, sun loungers were booked only once, all other days we did without them. In general, the hotel deserves its stars, there are opportunities for development, but they are not critical. We wish success to all the staff and thank you for our wonderful holiday with you.

Location is amazing, just a throw away from the famous kleopatra beach. Staff are warm and welcome, it's a great value for money.

So good location, very good food everyday! Pool was great, not too big but separate pool for children was nice. Cleaning everyday! You can see the beach from some of the balconies.

The staff was really weird! Receptionist didn’t even look at us when we arrived early in the morning, and when we asked something bearly answered! None of the staff would say ”good morning” or anything else eather. I was surprised first because i got use to travel in Turkey and generally everyone is really friendly and hospitality is something Turkey is well known from! No one was rude eather, just wandering how hard it can be to welcome customers to eat by saying ”morning” ect.

The location is perfect for those wanting to stay close to the historic old town and the KLEOPATRA beach…. There are several ATMs available right infront of the hotel entrance while major grocery and bar are just within 15 steps away from the entrance too

It’s old and furniture and other appliances are all very dated

-4 minutes far from the beach -All inclusive offer- with really tasty food, at breakfast, lunch , dinner, you can always find something on your taste (and kids’ taste, too) - 6 levels building + elevator - ready to help you staff (maybe more smiles will be nice😄)

- a situation on the beach: at the hotel you can pay 60 lira for one sunbed, but on the beach this means 3rd or 4th line; in addition, on the beach you pay 150 lira for one sunbed, but you can stay in the front line.

The food is great, the location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the bus station. For the given price, it's the best choice, if we decide to stay in Alanya again, we will definitely come back to Kleopatra Arsi Hotel.

This booking was made for a group of friends, the food was incredible, the hotel was clean and it exceeded their expectations. They are very satisfied with the service and value for money.

The pool got them all ear infections as there was some problem with the cleaning pump, however that was later fixed and the water got clean again.
