Hotel are was great and had a really nice vibe. Always got ”hello” from the staff :-) Private beach was awesome and had service from the staff. All we had to do was cooling down in the sea water😍. Definetly would recommend and considering to visit again!

On saturday there was an private event which took place basically in half of the hotel area. Hotel guest got in with discount price. We were not keen so decided watch the footie game but obviously the music was super loud. We find that a bit odd. Hotel photos from booking.com gives you an idea of beach view from the hotel room and that the hotel would be right at the beach but was on the other side of the road. No possibility to book a room with sea side view. At the hotel that would have cost a lot of extra money. Why not add that option on the websites? Other than that, everything was all gucci!

Stylish hotel with great pool areas and private beaches. Breakfast had decent options, food in hotel restaurants is ok, enough options for vegetarians and pescetarians, good cocktails at the bar. Rooms and public areas pretty clean. For a good night sleep - don't forget to bring ear plugs.

Girls, don't forget to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. because hotel only has 2in1 stuff which is horrible. In general hotel looks pretty, but rooms are sometimes giving "landlord special". Also, if you dont have ear plugs, it will be hard to sleep. Another thing - skip on SPA, compared to European standard its bad.

We loved the vibes of the hotel , the location, the beach and the food. Everything was great and we had a lovely relaxing week.

We love music but it was all Techno Music it would be nice if it was a mixture of music all day.

Amazing hotel right on Kleopatra beach, all staff are amazing, rooms are great and the facilities are that of a top hotel. Great 8 night stay and was made to feel very welcome from check in to check out.

I loved the vibe of the hotel and the set up was perfect. At first I was hesitant to book cooks club because of lack of visible photos of the layout and rooms here on booking and kind of every where alse I looked. But once we were there we straight away knew that this was the perfect hotel for friends to go and enjoy each other's company and other guests. All inclusive was for not completely everything but for more than enough and all of the best things on each menu by my choice.

The wifi could have bein better and you have to buy towel cards but it's made up with really good all inclusive menu.

We liked almost everything about the place The whole infrastructure is well designed- you live in a building that stands apart from the beach, swimming pool, dining and party area, but it is connected with a tunnel with that area. So the place where you sleep is really quiet. All the staff were very friendly, especially Sule - she was very warm to us! All the food, breakfasts and dinners were various and satisfying.

I recently stayed at a hotel and overall had a good experience. The breakfasts and dinners were enjoyable with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel had multiple pools and direct access to the sea, which was convenient. The staff, particularly Huseyin and Irem at the reception, were friendly and helpful. btw there is also a gym available!

On the downside, the pillows were too big, but they provided a replacement when I asked. Additionally, there were a few days when the hotel ran out of drinking water, which was inconvenient. Internet speed could be also better, my average was 5Mb/s. Despite these issues, I had an overall positive stay and would consider returning in the future.

Pool area and beach bar has a very relaxing atmosphere. Food was also great and staff are very friendly and well trained. Special mention to Esma on the reception who gave us a a warm welcome and Furkan and Mehmet at the beach bar who were very friendly and looked after us.

Only slight drawback is the need to get double beds instead of putting two singles together. They do attach them but a double bed is generally just better. Also the bathroom in the room is a bit dark but overall it was a relaxing trip.

The hotel has a very good location at the end of the main boulevard, right by the beach. The room was very spacious and well equipped, containing everything I needed. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The food was of a high standard, especially the breakfasts, which were excellent. I also appreciated the very helpful staff. What I enjoyed the most was the pool area with its open bar and direct access to the beach.

The only issue I encountered was finding the reception upon arrival - it is not clearly marked and was difficult to locate at first. The hotel consists of five separate buildings, which made orientation a bit challenging. The reception is unfortunately located across the street and somewhat "hidden" behind a restaurant. I also found the pillows a bit too firm for my preference, though that’s a personal matter.
