-Had some issues with 'free private beach' - had to contact booking.com to sort it out -Hotel definitely looks much nicer on the photos -Drains in shower clogged, had to stand ankle-deep in water whilst showering -Issues with cleaning. Nobody cleaned our room for a few days despite repeated requests. -Bit too expensive for the overall quality of stay

Such a good hotel. It would get cleaned every day and the cleaning lady was super nice and good at her job. All stuff were really nice and polite. The breakfast was really good and you had many many options to choose from. The food in the hotel was really nice and we ordered many times and really liked it. It’s close to the beach and in a nice location. We 100% recommend this hotel! Also, the last day we had a confusion with taxis (because of the company’s fault) and the hotel staff came out and helped to solve the problem and we are really thankful for this!

The bathroom had a problem and smelled bad

Restaurant staff were amazing (my warmest regards to Zuleyha!), as well as receptionist Ali! Breakfast and food in the restaurant for lunch were extremely delicious. Hotel location was nice, room itself small but quite comfortable. Overall, me and my mom had a pleasant experience in the hotel, but some things need to be improved to make the experience for the guests great.

Bartender Soner. Extremely arrogant and unprofessional person (shared my detailed feedback with hotel management directly), room cleaning was quite poor as well. There was a lot of noise in the evenings (on 2 evenings very loud music from hotel bar at a late hour, "thanks" to Soner), and from nearby restaurants as well. Overall, the hotel is nice, but arrogant staff and room cleaning need to be definitely fixed.

It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. I also can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable.Overall, Hildergarde Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in Alanya.

Great hotel and great location, very close to Cleopatra beach, you had to walk around 5 minutes to get there. Regarding the parking, if you come by car, you can park it in front of the hotel. The design of the hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were very beautiful and tasteful. Wifi worked very good. The staff was very nice, especially the kitchen/restaurant staff, it was a pleasure to meet them. By the way, they had a restaurant with tasty food, such as pizza, doner, pasta etc. and the prices were very good too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

What we didn't like: - cleaning wasn't on point, after 3 days we had to ask in order to get our rooms cleaned up - breakfast - water pressure was low, showering was annoying, especially when washing long hair...

The hotel is in the center of Alanya, everything is near. The room was clean,, the receptioner was really kind. Everything was excellent.

Stylish and well designed. Really outstanding compared to other hotels in whole alanya. Great location. Only a few minutes away from Kleopatra beach, the best beach in the town. I was amazed how they made such a good swimming pool in a small location

Room cleaning. Floor in our room was dirty upon arrival and it didn’t change during the whole stay. There were stains that needed to be mopped, not just swiped. Somehow it was a problem to clean up

Meaby small changes hotel room doors, easily can hear what happening on stairs etc. But doesnt bother me.

It was new, modern, small and quiet. Excellent staff, spreading joy and with humor. Restaurant was great. Pool always on top. Rooms were great.

The breakfast was poor. Some things in the room was not finished, some things falling apart or undone.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good food, we ate there 3 or 4 times. Nice pool. Waiter was very friendly and funny😁

Only thing we didnt like was loud music from other bars, but it wasnt all days of our staying.
