Very nice big rooms and balcony 7 min walking from the beach All the people who work there are very nice Appartement have everything to stay comfortable

air conditioning is 5 euro per night little blunt weird but it is what it is

The reason I booked this stay by booking.com is that I had a bad experience last time I boooked directly from The hotel. They claimed I had booked for 1 person and not 2 and demanded extra money from my boy Friend. To be honest The response I got When I complained and asked them tocorrect The error was rude and unbelievable- for a guest who paid good money for a whole months stay. Also The night guy that I had never seen before was rude and tried to hit on me. This time he didnt Even say welcome. The other personel were ok. Especialky a young man who called me When my friends came to brooklyn. He was cool. By using booking.com I felt more secure. I didnt have any problem this time. But I have to think about If I have to stay there again. Also on The Beach The boss can be moody and it is not nice to feel that you have to watch your steps.

The pool is small and The staff and cleaning people could be warmer and nicer.

The apartment was very spacious, well laid out with a large shower room, kitchenette, TV, sofa, dining table & a balcony with table & chairs. It's also very close to the beach with many clothes shops & restaurants along the main strip. The staff were lovely, helpful, kind & considerate. They always treated me with the up most respect. I wish you all the best & if I ever return to Alanya, I'll definitely be back.

The hotel location was great, we was able to cook in the apartment as we had the facilities, the housekeeping ladies cleaned everyday of the your stay and they were lovely. Staff were also lovely. Market and shops were close by and beach was walking distance

Had a few minor issues that could be easily fixed, light was hanging off the wall, stains marks on bedroom wall. Marks on sofas

Absolutely Amazing staff, good location

The breakfast was not in the same hotel (5 min away from another). In the pictures when i booked it was the other hotel (almost the same name), so I was a bit disappointed that it was not that room like in the picture. I could see in to the other hotel room when i went for breakfast and that was that room that showed in the booking.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and did everything they could for us! My partner left her glasses on the bed and the housekeepers folded the sheets to make a Duvet Swan which we both found brilliant!

Great location is the most important thing. Very close from Kleopatra beach, various markets and centre. The room was spacious, with a balcony. Very communicative and helpful staff

Toilet was broken and leaking. Keep in mind, that Air condition is extra, although in my room it was already on

The apartment was very spacious & comfortable with a large shower room, double room & a balcony as well as a kitche. The staff were lovely. The location is only 10/15 minute walk to the local beaches. I had a great stay here.

It was my second stay here. Location is good, close to Kleopatra beach. Shops, ATM and etc. are in adjacent area.
