We stayed for 10 days. Our unit was clean and spacious, no smell of cigarettes( we had that experience in other hotels ). There was plenty of utensils, plates, pots and pans for the kitchen. We cooked without any problems. Washing machine worked great, all sinks, toilet and shower were in perfect condition. Clean, spacious refrigerator. AC blasted without interruption. WiFi - no interruption. Room cleaning was offered every day. There 3-4 supermarkets within a few minutes walk and a small, well stocked convenience store with snacks and drinks downstairs. Also, ordering from a restaurant will be delivered to the room. Front desk guys, cleaning staff are extremely nice and helpful. Beach is within 3 minutes walk. Pool was nice and clean, kids favorite. We had wonderful time staying at Twin Apart.

​The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help and give advice. The hotel's location is excellent, with Migros, Şok, and BIM all within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and Cleopatra Beach is a one-minute walk away, while the cable car is a five-minute walk. In short, the hotel is in the center of Alanya, but in a very quiet location. No matter which room you book, whether it faces the street or the courtyard, it will be quiet because the lively street is a bit further away. ​The pictures accurately reflect the apartment. All the necessary kitchenware for cooking is available. The sofa in the living room folds out, and an adult can easily fit on it. The rooms are cleaned well and on a daily basis. The internet is excellent and very fast. I will definitely come back here again. A big thanks to manager Erhan Bey and his team

Location is excellent. Room was very tidy with modern appliances. WiFi worked perfectly as did the air-conditioning. Cleaning staff spoke good english and were wery communicative and helpful. Special mention to lovely Fide. Pool was small but clearly well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

There could have been a few more kitchen utensils and crockery. We did manage but had to purchase a few things to cook properly.

A cosy apart hotel right near the beach (4-5 minutes on foot). The hotel is located in a very quiet street, so almost no noise at night, which is a huge plus. There are two buildings, we’ve been staying in the old one. The room was very clean and really spacious, with nice bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is a bit oldish, but nothing to complain about. The stuff has been really friendly, cleaning ladies came every day to collect the rubbish / clean the room. Great place to stay if you need a more spacious room and a kitchen.

The location of the hotel is superb. You've got plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is just 100m away from the property. Our apartment had 2 balconies. The bed was super comfortable and soft, plus we had 2 aircons. And lastly, special gratitude to the reception team - absolute legends. They were extremely helpful which made my experience at the Twin Apart Hotel and Alanya even better. Thank you guys!))

Personally, I think the hotel should provide some basic things, such as shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, salt. They are not expensive and could make the first hour after settling more pleasurable, instead of going outside and looking for a shop. So, treat my option as a suggestion for future improvements. Plus a simple instruction on a piece of paper with a welcoming message and how to connect to the WiFi and the reception could be of a big use.

Furniture and Fixtures! Smart Television and kitchen appliances. Everything is brand new and so up-to-date. Location is so close to the beach and the best part is a wide balcony.

The apartment was big enough for three people. The bathroom has enough space. Air conditioner worked well in both rooms. Internet connection was fast and stable. The staff was very helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast size was enough.

The doors of the frig opened from the side of the wall, which was inconvenient. I believe it is not hard to reinstall the frig door to open from another side. We had to ask separately for the bed linen for the third person, and then we had to ask for towels, and still we get one foot towel instead of hand towel. Then, during the cleaning we again got towels only for two people, but not three. It was a minor thing, but it could be more organized. We also had to ask for extra toilet paper even after cleaning. There were dishes, but no tools to wash them, and the number of dishes was very limited.

**Title:** Best Last-Minute Stay in Alanya! I booked this hotel last minute during my trip to Alanya, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever! The location is spot on—right in the center and super close to Kleopatra Beach, so I could easily walk everywhere and soak up the sun. The hotel itself was awesome. My room was spacious, really clean, and had everything I needed to chill out after a day of exploring. There are some great restaurants just around the corner, and the food was amazing. Whether you're craving local dishes or something international, you’ll find some awesome spots nearby. The staff here were the friendliest, always ready to help with anything I needed. Huge shout-out to Berkay, who made my stay unforgettable. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and honestly, he’s one of the reasons I’ll always remember this trip. the staff don’t speak English or any foreign language so it’s a lil bit hard to communicate. You have to take the stairs for the upper floor which is uncomfortable with carrying heavy luggages.

The overall quality of the rendered service! Whenever we needed supplies or some help with the facilities or other assistance the staff was always there:) Also, the proximity to the beach, its own restaurant and numerous stores nearby made our leisure comfortable and enjoyable😇
