We had family 10, including kids(2). Exceptional good service, friendly stuff! Great food (icecream, wafels…😋)and some import alcohol (not wine). Nice clean rooms and we liked that beach and pool area were nearby. Really good entertainment team and evening shows. Norm gym.

Lot’s of russians - shouting and smoking (even in the kids show) nobody deal with them… Photographer is very arrogant. In the nightclub mainly russian music…? Why? IRISH Pub - name is totally wrong. There is nothing irish.. Pics on the walls: Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, E.Clapton etc. irish…?😀 Drinks: NOTHING irish even whiskey is scottish, not talking about Guinness beer..Music coming from nice bartender’s phone (!) - turkish or russian…

The staff provided exceptional service. The all-inclusive amenities, relaxing atmosphere, and abundance of entertainment options made for an unforgettable experience. Additionally, the culinary experience exceeded our expectations with a wide array of delicious options available. Overall, it exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return in the future!

The lack of functioning air conditioning in our room was disappointing, especially given the hot weather in Turkey. It would have been helpful if the resort had provided clearer communication about any issues or maintenance issues prior to our arrival or at check-in. We felt that some of the activity coordinators could improve in maintaining a more professional demeanor during interactions with guests.

The staff are awesome. Everyone is playing with my baby. everyone knows him. World class service 👍🏽

Our hotel room was to hot. temperature outside was 30 degrees and our hotel room is at 27 heating and we can’t even adjust it due to it is strictly controlled by the main system. My baby and husband always woke up sweating, and I didn’t even had a good night sleep because it is too hot.

The service staff is nice and helpful. Waiters and maids really do their best to make the stay comfortable

On the booking page one can see a seafood abundance. In reality the choice of proteins is quite limited and repetitive. Normally there’s just one type of fish, which I suppose is the cheaper one. Meats are also quite basic. Generally the food choice is rather limited compared to other hotels of the same price segment on that coast

I liked that it was compact, the hotel is very close to the sea and its very comfy for the kids. The room is spacious again great for the kid, and the food is great! The staff at kids gameroom was very nice.

One day i had to ask to clean the room 3 times, but they didnt clean it, even though the button was green and the room was open for cleaning. The kids machines next to the gameroom are out of order. I wish they were working. The lunch hours 12:30-14:00 was not very convenient for families with kids as they sleep during this time.

Beautiful location, hospitality was superb, food fantastic choices all staff super friendly and helpful, entertainment at night was the best I've seen in a long time and the entertainment staff are fantastic , room was pretty large ,and loved my room and I was welcomed with smiles,

This hotel is a gem. Wonderful staff, impeccable cleanliness, and fantastic food makes it a top choice. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The culinary experience was easily a highlight of our trip. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The beach is amazing. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is excellent.

inside pool was closed😞 last few days. we had booked room 4132, 4138 and 7152. In 7152 , the housekeeping didnt give us bathroom stuff, like shampoo, body lotion and soap. Only at the first 2 days they had gave us. We was on “dont disturb “ even this they came in the room!
