My second stay here, and it did not disappoint. - I really should start with people. All staff members are stars, friendly, smiling and ready to assist. The animation team is not intrusive, and are generally fun people. A special thanks goes to Mario, a manager at the hotel, who not only lit up the shows every night, but was also very friendly and chatty, and made everyone feel welcome. - The location itself is nice and beautiful, 1.5h away from Antalya airport by car, and about 30 mins to Alanya. There's a grocery store and a market less than 15 mins on foot from the hotel. The closest city (Avsallar) is also accessible within 30 mins of walk. The beach is clean, the sea was mostly calm during my stay. It wasn't peak season, so it was easy to find lounges on the beach in the morning. For looks itself the hotel deserves 5 stars: green grassy lawns, ivy, trees and flowers, a small zoo and colourful houses - all of them just make you want to stay there and enjoy the views. - The food is nice, and there's a variety to choose from. While it's not a place for foodies, it was very easy to have diverse meals 3 times a day, both at the restaurant and at the beach bar. - All in all, this is definitely a place one would want to go back to for the pleasant atmosphere, enjoying the sun and the sea, and catchups with friends. And it shows as many people, like myself and my friend, choose to go back here year after year.

- A warning for English speakers (or more specifically, those who don't speak Russian) - while most of the staff would know English, most of the entertainment targets Russian-speaking audience, and 95% of guests would be Russian speakers. - Another thing everyone needs to take into account is poor sound-proofing. I consider myself a light sleeper, so it was hard to fall asleep before 11pm as most of the shows in the hotel (and nearby hotels) end around that time, and they're quite loud. You can also quite easily hear what's happening outside your room, so noisy neighbours could be a bit of a problem early in the morning or late in the evening.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance. The service was exceptional — every request was handled with a smile and remarkable efficiency. The facilities were spotless, the interior design was both modern and inviting, and the attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. Special thanks to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-tier hospitality. The location. The pools were great and right on the beach.

It was too noisy.

All inclusive resort with very friendly staff - receptionists, restaurant, spa center, beach - all very super friendly and made a stay more fun! Quiet, with nicely setup territory. Beach is great - there is plenty of space both to sunbath and to swim

Bathroom in the room wasn't well ventilated and has a damp smell.

Very friendly front desk employees, good location by the sea, very comfortable double bed in a superior single room. Great view from the room, very clean inside. TV, fridge, air conditioner, electric kettle worked great.

The sand beach was quite dirty, cleanliness of many public areas (sand beach, wooden pavements, beach restaurant tables, etc.) was not very good. Plates and cutleries in the main restaurant were often not properly washed. Toilet flushing system in the room did not work properly. Room towels were old and worn-out, some of them had stains.

I had a good apartment in main building.

I had a view to main scene so it was a noise till 23:00. Good thing is it didn’t last longer.

- Hotel is near seaside. Beach is sandy. Walking on the beach without slippers so nice. Hotel sea and beach very clean. I think it s the best beach in Alanya. - Front Desk works hard and they solve problems easily. Thanks Mrs Funda, Mrs Nur and Mr Sahin. Near Front Desk there is private parking area. - Food and beverage all inclusive. Food and beverage quality is pretty good according to price. Thanks Mr. Umit from restaurant. - Room and sheets are clean. Housekeepers work hard and they often change sheets and towels. - There is a little aquapark for children. Swimming pool is also nice.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a nice view on the sea. Personal was pleasant and helpful to any requests. WiFi connection is available on all the territory and is stable

There's the same melody playing at the restaurant. I am okay with classic music and compositions. But it's always good to improve and change musical experience

MASSAGE: great professional masseurs and unique experience of hamam/Turkish Bath, all staff is AMAZING!!!!! Raisa is a great guide and helps a lot around the area too! Massage parlor boss is very kind and a great resource too: he will give info on affordable taxi etc. Do get sold to a package of massages, Turkish Bath, facials: not only it saves you $ but also you will probably not get a better massage anywhere in the world for such an affordable price. The masseurs give all of their skills and energy to their clients and love what they do. HAIR SALON: do support an amazing stylist right next to the restaurant. Very thorough and affordably priced. He is the earthquake survivor who lost all his business back home. FOOD: fresh, local, plentiful for 17 hours a day, beautifully cooked and presented, restaurant staff is the most kind and hardworking, always smiling even doing the most tedious jobs. God bless them. HOTEL: well maintained green lawn, splendid trees / bushes and colorful houses, minimalistic comfy ergonomic rooms, beautiful swimming pools and even water slides, walking distance to the great beach, multiple drink/food/snack stations including authentic and all FREE; multiple entertainment programs throughout the day, atmosphere of love towards the guests of any nationality. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping, turn right. ZOO, wow! STAFF: the best , kindest personnel working day and night (!), shampooing or hosing down the territory and managing the restaurant Best experience ever!

Restaurant Chef Murat could be kinder to guests and to his most amazing restaurant and hotel staff. Happy personnel means happy guests. Please, chef Murat, treat others with respect and understanding. Everything else about restaurant is perfect! The Day of Türkiye was really impressive! Zoo: could the animals please have fresh grass and hay daily and in abundance, which is free of charge from lawn mowing clippings. The birds and rabbits seem to fight for food. Also a sun shade sail over the pond area will protect them better from summer heat. But it is a nice touch to have the Zoo in the hotel, this is why I booked. Thank you!

- clean and big room with a comfortable bed - a lot of activities organized from the hotel ( dart, volleyball, disco and more) - clean pools and private beach - good food variety and quality for the price paid ( all inclusive ) - spa area is clean and has good and friendly staff as well as affordable massages

- staff is not speaking any other languages then Turkish and Russian
