For all of the meals, Breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a variety of choices. Kids loved the pancakes with choc spread One could eat as much as they liked They catered for everyone’s needs The SPA was out of this world. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. I’m going to call out Tulsay and Nazli for their professionalism 😁😁 ….they were just GREAT!!!!

It would be unfair to pick on anything in particular. The Resort made sure that they catered for all of our needs and the lobby bar staff were superb.

I liked very much our second room on the fourth floor, because of the sea view. I was especially satisfied with the wooden platform with the sun beds, above the water. Kebab was delicious. Our maid, Elmas, from the first floor, did the great job, the room was always tidy. Umut, from the reception desk was especially kind and generous, all the girls from there were also very helpful and pleasant. Many waiters from the main restaurant were kind and helpful. The young man from the coffee house has been making a great espresso and the ice cream from there was delicious. Döner from the beach club was tasty. The barman from the club was pleasant. Pancakes with the chocolate cream for breakfast in the main restaurant were nice. Tuna from the spa salon did me a great massage. Sasha from the same place was very kind. While we were coming back to the hotel from the excursion to Cappadokia, on October the 22nd, the doorman was very welcoming. Generally, we liked our stay in the hotel that much, that we stayed in couple days more than we planned to!

The food was always the same and not very tasty. The sweets had very bad taste, in fact, they didn't have any taste at all! Except the oriental ones and one with the coconut taste, which my girlfriend has found, quite occasionally. The cake was always the same, only in a different color. Except the one with the blue eyes, and maybe one more, all the waiters from the beach club haven't been kind and they have been closing the club half an hour earlier.

The hotel was clean, the cleaner was sooo nice. The view from our room was amazing. The coffee house has amazing ice cream, the patisserie was nice, the hot chocolate was go to every night. Infinity pool has beautiful view of the sea. The snack bar has the BEST FOOD in the hotel way better than the buffet.

Nothing is close by walking distance, the water sports are very expensive. Food is not wow, boring and repetitive. Don't bother booking the Al a carte. The food was not nice

was a lot better than my first hotel in that town. surprisingly has a small private sandy beach! :) very nice and kind staff, am most grateful for their help arranging my arrival and departure :) did not pay anything extra, do not understand that complain about that

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Resort, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel boasts stunning views and luxurious accommodations, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by Kadir. From the moment I arrived, Kadir went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. He was always ready to assist with anything I needed, from providing local recommendations to helping with special requests. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help created a warm atmosphere that made my stay feel like home. The amenities at White Resort are fantastic, and the dining options are superb. However, it was Kadir's dedication and helpfulness that truly set this place apart. I highly recommend White Resort, not just for its beautiful setting but also for the outstanding service that Kadir and the team provide. I can't wait to return!

The food menu was great and had good variety. The staff were polite and resourceful. Bars were fantastic. One of the wonderful features of this hotel is the presence of a great violinist "Baris Ozturk" who his lovely playing caresses your soul.

I wish it had heated pool.

Reception: Attentive, helpful and friendly. Speaks good English. Would especially like to thank Utum for fantastic help and service on arrival as it turned out to be something wrong in the booking which could have caused problems. Cleanliness: impeccable. Very neat and clean throughout the hotel. Free use of in-room safe. A special thanks to Kadirya who was in charge of our room during our stay. Made fun shapes out of the bedspreads that the kids thought were really fun. Food & beverage: Large, varied and tasty buffet with something for everyone. Big plus for own outdoor charcoal grill and chefs who make pasta dishes according to the guests' wishes. Large and impressive dessert buffet. A small minus for some of the cakes were lacking som taste. Coffee house, on the other hand, offers fantastic ice cream and a good selection of coffee. The beach restaurant offers simple but mostly tasty lunch dishes. Good beer and otherwise a good selection of drinks. The hookahs(water pipes) in the vitamin bar is worth a try. Costs extra, but it's worth it. Spa and Hamam: Located downstairs. Friendly staff. Treatment costs extra, but is good value for money. A special thanks to therapist Ozcan. Pool and water slides: The pools appear to be very clean. Crystal clear water and comfortable water temperature. The water slides are not among the largest, but you get good speed and are therefore fun for both adults and children. Beach: not very big, but nice and clean. Well suited for swimming with small children. Swimming from the pier is recommended for adults and youths. Entertainment: The hotel has its own dedicated entertainment team that provides morning, day and evening activities and entertainment. The team does a very good job of engaging and entertaining the guests. Some fun activities and competitions by the pool during the day. Good and varied entertainment in the evenings. Popular childrens disco every night before the adult show starts.

Wi-Fi is better than feared. A little unstable. Sometimes very good. Other times useless. When the hotel is close to being fully booked, there will be some noise and queues in the restaurant and by the bars. Around dinnertime there is also a bit of queue by the lifts, so recommend using the stairs if you can. Lots of people, and always music and something going on by the pool. Therefore the beach is recommended for those who want it completely quiet. Various salesmen and promoters around the hotel that some will probably be annoyed by, but will emphasize that none of them are intrusive or troublesome. They are friendly people who try to earn a living. But they are there. Childrens disco is the same every day. Still, children appear to be loving it.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, we had great holidays! The hotel has wonderful interior and it feels very cosy. Everyone is so nice there. I enjoyed to chat with stuff working in “coffee house”. The security in the hotel they are very kind and polite at the same moment they are doing their job properly and are keeping guests calm and safe. Huge thanks to the animation team, especially Kasper and Nisa, it’s been a pleasure to go out to clubs!

Everything was perfect. I honesly couldn't fault a single thing. The kids club was incredible, my son was wanting for it to open every day, something different every day too. Sadly we never made the evening entertainment as my son kept falling asleep but after speaking to others they all said it was really good. The Beach bar serves lovely fresh food, just sit at the table, scan the qr code and they bring it right to you. The free starbucks everyday was a lifesaver! Iced lattes, frappes, you name it. Always such helpful and friendly staff and you don't really need to lift a finger. We had our drinks brought to us around the pool by a povely waiter and it really made this holiday feel so much more luxurious for being waited on hand and foot haha. Will definitely be returning.

If I could nit pick for absolutely anything then maybe the people who walk around asking you for your photos to be taken professionally or tattoos or the water sports people. Like most holidays just trying to sell you a product but they have to make their money somewhere so we just politely declined.
