The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything there so there wasn’t any need to go out of the hotel.

We didn’t get the rooms we booked so two groups were moved to a big family room. It was really nice but we lost the privacy and had to share bathrooms, incl. showers.

Everything was top-notch from cleanliness to staff. The food was delicious and they offer pretty much everything. Our suite was spotless with a beautiful sea view. The staff was incredibly nice. We checked in quite late at night but they made sure the restaurant was open for us only and served us warm food (that too with some options + deserts). The pools and beach were amazing. Also, the location of the resort is really good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

Honestly, there is not a single thing that we could complaint about. Everything was super nice and we had a lot of fun.

Everything was great, especially I'd like to mention staff of the hotel: friendly, supportive, ready to help and solve all the questions and not annoying at all. Many thanks for the animation team: Furkan, Fuat, Jenya and of course lovely and funny Mehmet :) The F&B team also does a great work. All the dishes are tasty, there is a great variety of choice, everyday is a special menu and presentation in front of the main restaurant (e.g. Mexican day, Turkish night). Barmen at the main restaurant and lobby bar are very nice and polite. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy (we had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view in the 1st building). The territory of Numa Bay is rather compact, but smartly thought out, so all the activities, bars and restaurants are on their places. All in all the hotel met and I would say exceeded out expectations.

The stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations. We celebrated my birthday very well, decorated the room beautifully and gave a gift, which is always nice. The hotel also upgraded the room category for free, although we did not ask for it. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has very tasty food and drinks. We especially liked the gozleme. Special thanks for them! Good animation, interesting evening program. There is always something to do. We were very pleased. We will definitely come back again.

Comfortable rooms, good food with a lot of variety. The snacks during the day at the pool were also really good. We liked the cocktails and mocktails a lot! Great swimming pools for kids, water was warm. Also the beach is in a bay so no waves. Staff works very hard. Nice entertainment team.

This had more to do with the other guest reservering sun beds while not being present at the pool. That is why it was hard to find a spot during our stay. For a full hotel the beds should be enough if people don’t hold seats while not present. But friendly staff always tried to create some room somewhere if you ask.

Well, where do I start? We have just returned home and honestly we had the best time in Numa Bay exclusive soon as we arrived at the hotel we was offered a drink from the bar as suitcase is taken straight to our room and everything was literally perfect from the start, Dean from guest relations was so friendly and always made sure we was having an amazing time. The entertainment team were brilliant bar staff were amazing friendly they couldn’t do more to help with any request. The boys around the pool taking your towels helping you get seats offering us drinks literally felt five star definitely will be returning. My little boy had the best time he loved the park and the entertainment was brilliant thank you so much for a wonderful holiday and we hope to see you again soon. There are so many people we would like to thank but I’m terrible with names. lol thank u so much generally everybody worked as a team to make everyone’s holiday great we met some amazing people xxx

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms clean and spacious. Myself and my daughters loved the facilities, pools, beach, spa, food and entertainment. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really, the only minor gripe was that sometimes the tables during breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant took a while to be readied for the next diners. That said the team did work extremely hard and have nothing but the highest praise for them.

Overall facilities were taken care off and kept in a good condition. It was a pleasant surprise that animation program was so active, we also like the variety of food and snacks available all the time throughout the day. Staff is mostly very friendly and welcoming.

Reception staff is not friendly enough and have attitude.

The hotel is great, about 20 minutes from Alanya. We really liked the location, a little quieter away from the hustle and bustle (but there are shops etc close by). The hotels facilities are very good. Lovely private beach, lots of pools, many restaurants, a spa etc. We spent most days at the adult pool which was a nice place to relax. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a huge selection of places to eat and drink. Restaurants/bars at the beach, Waffle/ice cream bar, Chinese, Steakhouse, Mexican, coffee shop and patisserie, snack bars plus the main restaurant. Lots of variety of food and drinks. We were there for Halloween and Turkeys 100 year Republic Anniversary and the hotel made a huge effort. Themed food, entertainment, decorations etc, great job! We would definitely go back, loved it!

One thing that was a little frustrating, we had a triple room (2 adults and 1 teenager) but there was only 2 of everything inside. 2 cups/glasses, 2 chairs on the balcony, 2 robes, 2 slippers, 2 towels etc. Would be nice to have 3 of everything. The one thing that was annoying was the music at the pool. It was very loud. We stayed at the adult pool all week but could still hear it. Difficult to even read on times at the volume was too high. The coffee wasn't very good anywhere on site, very bitter.

Great Staff, Clean Rooms, But Be Prepared for a Party Vibe Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but with a caveat. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with especially nice beds. We also enjoyed the well-stocked drink bard by the beach, though the quality of service from the bartenders varied.

Crowded Canteen: Be aware that the canteen, especially during the season, can get very crowded. This might be an issue if you prefer a quieter dining experience. Loud Music: This hotel has a lively atmosphere, and there can be loud music playing throughout the day and night. If you or your family are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this might not be the best choice.
