Super modern hotel with all the comfort you could ask for and impeccable service! The staff takes care of bringing your luggage to your room. The location is amazing (2 minutes/150m) from the Red Tower, right across from the harbor. 9 minutes by car from the train station and 20 minutes on foot from the cable car to Alanya Castle. The hotel is extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff is incredibly attentive, pleasant, smiling, helpful, and friendly—truly the entire day and night team. Special mention to Huseyin, the outstanding receptionist, as well as Yaşar and Sevval and all the others! The view of the harbor from the balcony is stunning! Definitely worth it! The bedding is comfortable! Kettle in the room for tea and coffee. And let’s not forget the excellent breakfast, worthy of a 4-star hotel: absolutely delicious and very varied with sweet and savory options! Generous hours from 7 am to 11 am. They speak good English. The welcome is warm. I immediately felt at home and will gladly return! Highly recommended without hesitation +++

We love this hotel, we stayed before and had a land view room but this time we had a room with a harbour view which was fabulous. Cannot fault this hotel, the staff are all excellent, breakfast is exceptional and the valet car parking is a bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a land view room but were very pleasantly surprised to have a fabulous view of Alanya castle, particularly when it was lit up at night. The valet parking of our hire car was a very slick operation and car delivered within minutes of our request, likewise when returning to the hotel, just pull up outside and there is someone on hand to take the car to a parking space. Breakfast selection was amazing. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again when visiting Alanya.

There was absolutely nothing to disappoint us!

My husband requested for suprise deco for my birthday and they did it real quick & beautifully done upon check in as we waited at the hotel lobby. It came with complementary fruit hamper for my birthday.The room was very clean , spectacular view from room balcony and it's not noisy at night despite there's bars & restaurants downstairs. The breakfast spread was generous lots of salads , fruits, they do change their main item day to day.

Only the dry area of the toilet didn't have any water drain hole so when showering if goes water on that part it will be all wet.

Nice, new and clean hotel at the city center. View- from our room was spectacular! (so I advise to take room with view, it is a little bit more expensive but it's worth of it) Location- is at city center so you can visit both sides of Alanya beaches, also if you want party there is clubs and music, if you are interested in history there is Alanya castle super close to hotel. Breakfast- was pretty varied and its changes from day to day. Staff- was nice. Especially I want to praise hotel maid, she works so hard but always smiles (small details which are so important) It would be great if she gets a pay rise or bonus. (I hope the administration will see these text)

Beautiful view, breakfast, rooms are clean, good location. But most important is service. Amazing service in breakfast Chef very approachable and waiters are know their job well and very attentive would like to mention the names Ozgur, Serdar, Yousef. I brought my family and my family were so happy. To be honest I rarely see in hotels this kind of service. Definitely will be back soon

Amazing staff. Valet and front desk were quite helpful and very smiley. They bring you small cookies as a welcome. Fantastic view over the city from the balcony with view of the sea. Great location and close to city. Breakfast was included and well worth it. Breakfast was great. Good value! I don't usually leave reviews but I think the hotel staff and team work well for what they have! Would stay here again.

Very small hotel, difficult to park but the valet will sort you out. Small room but does the job.

1) Cozy room with comfortable bed. 2) Coffee machine in room. 3) Amazing view of the Alanya port and the Red Tower. 4) Big cookie was given during check-in, and again during check-out along with bottled water. 5) 10% discount at hotel owned restaurants. Kaleiçi Meyhanesi, one of the two hotel owned restaurants, was good. 6) Minibar prices were actually reasonable. 7) Breakfast time was reasonable.

1) It was a chaotic first day when I found out the air conditioner was leaking, but the bigger issue was the balcony's sliding door could not be locked. Upon closer inspection, one of the inter-locking parts was found to be tampered. I had to explain the seriousness of security breach to the receptionist, and she had a serious discussion with her colleague/manager. The next available room I tried to move into also had the same problem. But luckily there was one last room available on the same floor with the same view that was secure. I saw the handyman the next morning so I presumed the issues were fixed in the original room. Other than this incident, overall it was a very good stay hence my high rating. 2) Nespresso coffee pods were not replenished.
