Nice sandy beach. Delicious food. Great friendly staff. Interesting show program

Sunbeds on the beach are not cleaned of sand. The pool was too small for so many people. The presence of russians

Plenty of pools with various depths (35cm, 45cm, 90cm, 120cm and 140cm). There were many slides suitable for children of all ages. The beach has nice sand, and it is shallow far enough out that kids can enjoy it. Very impressed with the cleaning staff that ensured the bathrooms by the pools were always clean.

Not enough sunbeds at the beach or pool area because people reserved them for hours. The free ice cream was far away from the kids pool area, so we ended up buying much ice cream there for 3EUR each.

The beach and seabed are fine grain sand, no stones or seaweed. It is quite shallow, you can walk far into sea while your feet can still touch the ground.

The entertainment for young people is not great. They have a nice large disco that serves to three hotels in the complex, but there are merely 10 people. It is not advertised well, most people don't even know about it. They arrange tours to a nightclub called Club Summer Garden, but I only heard it from another visitor, no announcements from animators at all.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive, they took the time to get to know the guests a little. I did some archery and the coach Kyrstyna was an excellent instructor; her coaching was straight to the point and easy to understand. The evening shows were also great, I liked the Michael Jackson, Fire and rollerskate shows the best, but they all were highly skilled and entertaining.

For me the only downside is the 1h30m transfer to the airport, I’m not sure that can be fixed!

The staff was very responsive to our requests. The lifeguards were very attentive to what's going on in the pool and on the slides and if they made a comment they were very polite. Food - endless choices on each meal. Not all is great but you can alwaya find many things you like (even for kids) Nightly shows

The beds were like a desk, when we asked for a solution the added a pillowtop layer that made it nice. I would suggest to do it in advance. When we searched in booking we found it under all inclusive but when we got to the hotel we were told that some things are extra. Like safe 10 euros, WiFi 30 euro, good alcohol and good ice-cream. Prices are very reasonable but it feels like someone is trying to get extra. Charge in advance 20 euro and give it for free.

We never ended up staying at Pegasus Royal because it was closing down, first weekend in November, so we end up staying in Pegasus resort. However, from start to finish, the reception staff were wonderful. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortableand help us with any issues that occurred this is definitely five star and I thanked them immensely for having such a wonderful trip.

The staff are amazing the pools are excellent there's food even for the pickiest of eater's the buffet every night is huge! And the special theme food nights are good. This is the the second time we have been and never disappointed.. Special shout out to yusef part of the dinning staff I never had less than half a glass of beer😉 and that went for the all the family

Can't really think of anything

Definitely one of the better all inclusives. Great food. Nice beach. Well managed aquapark. Staff behaves very professionally ... We were really satisfied.

Longer queues at the bars at peak periods. Fitness center is barely equipped. Needs a wider range of weights and some pulldown machines for back and triceps exercises. Then it would be enough.
