Location was great. Close to museums and historical sites. Also, good healthy breakfast prepared and served with care. Plus within walking distance to public transportation. Staff was always ready to help. My 6 nights stay was comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Double Comfort Hotel. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the cleaning staff were very hospitable, delightful and eager to help! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and they even serve Suhoor in Ramadan! Great location and beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ankara. Thank you so much!

Kettle but no cups or mugs

The hotel was clean and located in a wonderful spot in the city. We booked 2 rooms, and the bathrooms were great, and clean, with good lighting. The beds were comfortable.

I wish the reception staff could speak English better.

There are rooms in the hotel that are very smoky. We contacted the staff and they changed our room.

parking problem , they dnt have active valet service nor have the Parking ,, parking available after 7 pm when the market is closed .

friendly stuff good breakfast free parking in front of the hotel our cat was allowed and very welcome by the stuff :)

noisy surroundings and busy streets around

The staff extremely friendly and breakfast was awesome.

I did not care much for the location although will stay there again the hospitality was great!

In general, nothing was annoying, normal hotel. A big plus is the presence of a liquor store near the hotel - it is not easy to find such a store in Ankara.

The most upsetting thing was the broken mirror in the room. In addition, the weak wi-fi was a little annoying.
