A city hotel similar to that in any other capital city in the developed world. Well run setup with friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Easy walking distance to historic buildings.

Cleaners missed our room one day, mentioned it at reception, next day a member of the hotel staff came to check every room on our floor to make sure cleaning had been undertaken.

The hotel was clean, stylish, and had a great open layout. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast lady 😊 The room was clean, spacious and had a partition in the room to give a little privacy for changing. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of delicious healthy choices. My favorite part was the massage chair in the front lobby 😁

The area was a bit run down with lots of traffic noise. The shower leaks on the floor resulting in rotted trim around the door. And the lights are very bright and directed at your face, and one of them wasn't working.

I recently stayed at Asal hotel for two nights. The breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a wide range of options from fresh fruit to soups. The quality of the food was excellent, and I particularly loved the soup! The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Asal hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great breakfast and service. The location of Asal hotel was easy to find, with clear directions provided both online and at the entrance of the area. Once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning views surrounding the hotel. Also they have there own garage where the stuff members park your car themself just hand in the key, they’ll park your car and when ever you need your car just tell them. You car will be here in mins🚘💨.

We found all staff caring and friendly and they tried their best around our lack of knowledge for Turkish language and we really appreciated their effort. The bead was really comfortable and the towels were nice and big and clean. The Hotel was pretty clean although the bathroom needed maintenance around the shower door and leakage affecting the door frame that appeared to be rotting and a loose panel between shower and floor. The upholstery on the seats in the dining area appeared really grubby.

The staff is very kind, our room was clean and confortable. Everything worked properly. It is a basic hotel, but decent and professional.

The breakfast is good, but some items could be more fresh, as the bread. In spite of being located at a walking distance to some touristic attractions, as the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and the Citadel, the restaurants and cafes nearby are not very good. In my opinion the hotel is very good, but there are better regions in the city to stay if you go to Ankara for tourism.

Exception staff. Breakfast was fantastic and had many options for everyone. Smoking is a challenge as in Corridors smoking smell is high. Also staff was so helpful that they kept our luggage for few hours on the day when we checked out as our onward journey was in the late afternoon. We could spend time outside without the hassle of having luggage with us.

In Washrooms you can hear loud water drain noise when someone staying above flushes the toilet or use shower or sink. That if hotel works on will give a great comfort as when you are sleeping and water flow sounds create uncomforted. Controlling smoking in hotel is another area which should be considered.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we asked. Every detail was thought out to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was really great, the value of money, location, staff, they helped us with the luggage, parked our car and brought it whenever I needed and parked it againg. The room was spacy, modern, clean with enough lights. The breakfast very good with a variety of food in offer. I stayd in several hotels during my stay in Turkey and this one rankes up to the top ones. Also very close to historical sights.

The only little problem was WiFi as it sometimes stopped working. But it is probably a problem if all Ankara as the city Is overcrowded. But at the reception, they sorted it out immediatelly after telling them. A bit noisy overnight as for the traffic in the streed, but with closed windows absolutely quiet. But these really are only minor complaints comparing to all the other positives

Very clean hotel. The room had plenty of space, it was bright and the bathroom had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and had fresh linen. Towels hairdryer,, soap, shampoo were provided as well as a kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi works well. I also have to say that the staff is excellent, I could check-in after midnight and if you need they will also find a taxi for you. The bus from the airport (Ankara air) stops next to the hotel.

Unfortunately, going to the airport from the hotel is a little more complicated. Do not get fooled by the "airport shuttle service" - there isn't one. They will just recommend the buses or the taxi to you. A little disappointed with the breakfast, once you get the taste of a real Turkish breakfast this feels very bland.

the hotel staff was very polite, but since we arrived earlier, we waited in the lobby, where there were sofas and we could sit and wait for check-in. the rooms were clean, the air conditioning works with the window closed. the hotel staff also helped us carry our bags, but we were tired and forgot to tip🥲 We also liked the breakfast, everything was very tasty

we had problems with our room card, we had to go down to the reception several times and ask to unlock the card again, as we could not go back into the room
