everything！ The service is very attentive. The staff showed me directions and helped me to find the shuttle stop from the hotel to the airport and gave me a card for shuttle. Thanks a lot for their kindness!

Staff were professional, very nice and friendly and helped us during our stay and ensured we will be comfortable. in the first night there were some noise above my room which disturb me and when I asked the staff to change my room they happily helped me to change it which was a positive point. The room was clean and staff changed all the sheets and towels with my request and ensured we are happy with cleanliness. Also, as I was traveling in different day from rest of family they offered me to stay in the same room as I was with my family and does not need to change the room again which it was kind of them. During our stay, we need some help which the staff helped us a lot and we really appreciate them. There are few points which management may consider for improvement which includes providing airport shuttle service specially in arrival. Next point to consider is running the restaurant in Hotel for dinner time as we find out Ankara is not a very crowded city with tourism and everywhere will close around 9 pm :( Final point to consider for improvement can be the quality of the breakfast. Apart from that everything else was very good and I should say thank you to management and staff with their hard work and friendly attitude. Location was good with easy access to public transport.

staff was friendly and helpful even if limited English. parking was available for free and staff even saved our spot when we had gone out for dinner one night. old fashioned hotel service and amenities that's not always available. good location but handy to have a car to explore the city.

the breakfast options for hot food was limited. the breakfast style was very much turkish and may not suit if you prefer American or continental.

A very nice, comfortable hotel in an area, ten minute walk from the main train station. It is only a few minutes walk form plenty of eateries. I also visited all the sights I was interested in without the need for any public transport. The hotel can also arrange airport transfers. The rooms, staff and extensive choice buffet breakfast were exactly what I would have expected. My toilet did not flush I found late on my first night. I used the public toilet in the restaurant on the floor above. I reported this the next morning and was immediately moved to another room.

A very clean and spacious room (Standard Double). For a one night stop it is good value for the price paid.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Few products and they were not fresh at all. In addition, the area is not at all attractive for a tourist, and the rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy because of the traffic.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: a comfortable bed, a spacious room and bathroom, a great breakfast with lots of options on the roof top with a terrace, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good by default - facing parks and close to the train station.

The one drawback was that our room overlooked Istanbul Caddesi (a little noisy from the traffic when the window was open) and the new stadium being built. But it's not a big deal if the window is closed and by the way we enjoyed an incredible sunset from our room))

Clean space, breakfast was ok, bed and pillows were great for me. The location was near to a subway station.

The switch had a problem, and sometimes we heard a noise, and the lights would turn on and off. The employees’ English was not very good, but it was not an issue. The bar and gym facilities were closed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ankara. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not very new, but very well kept. The facilities are clean and comfortable. It was also really pleasant to have a good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. A private parking was a great advantage.
