Extensive but not entirely to my liking, not to say it wasn't good.

Lift is extremely slow and Bar service is slow

Amazing staff. All were very professional and very friendly at the same time.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The location was close to where we needed to be. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this stay.

The starbucks coffe at the hotel was not that great (I'm not sure if it was just the milk that was sour or what). Nothing else to complain about.

The experience in this hotel was wonderful! Staff was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Ahmed was especially great! Across the street is a baklavalari with out of this world yummy baklava!

Overall location, staff and quality were great

The AC was not functioning properly, it didn't cool down the room even though I had the setting on high fan and 19.5 C. So it was challenging to sleep. Also, the sound of the doors being slammed from the neighboring rooms woke me up on several occasions

breakfast had dry bread, and average food, is ok, but not impressive. AC only heats, they said the window is open and it will cool down night. Which indeed happened but still after a shower too wet, window could not be closed and was noisy early in the morning. The shower drain did not look inviting.

Breakfast was good

Staff don't speak good to any English. We asked for a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed and they gave us a one queen bed room. I had to convince them that there is no place for me and my son to sleep. They brought a bed after discussing it 2 times. The room seemed to be a smokers room although we are a family. The room floor had a whole in it under the carpet. I asked to check out the night before so we can leave as early as possible. Couldn't do that till now not sure why I had to wait till 5 am to do it instead of paying the bill the night before.
