This hotel looked recently refurbished and was situated in an excellent area of Ankara. We found the staff very helpful and eager to please although english was not spoken by all we found communicating quite easy and at times enjoyable as they were eager to pick up some english and we learnt some turkish phrases. Overall we were very happy with our stay, the breakfast each morning was varied and tasty and also at night the Restuarant and Bar were a welcome area to sit and relax after a long day. The Restaurant food was very good.

The room we had was a good size with comfortable bed and clean bathroom, however even though the Hotel was non smoking there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room which may have been a left over from the prevous hotel ownership.

Firstly, the location was superb! You just get out of the metro and your hotel is across the street. We are grateful to the staff who upgraded us to a suite, however, the shower was broken and that caused some inconvenience. The views of the city were great as we were on a higher floor. We understand repairs couldn't take place as the repair team was not working during New Year's. The breakfast was very good, and we did also try their room service and their food was tasty. There's a lot to do and see when in Ankara, being the capital, and we have shared some of our memories so you can visit the same. The Anatolian museum is a must-visit! And the doll museum and castle are also a must-visit. You can also check out the Atakule mall, where you can pay a fee and get to the highest floor on the tower to get 360 views of the city. There is a park near the mall and many other parks which you can visit such as Kuğulu Park where you can see the white and black swans. Metro and bus are the best mode of transport while visiting Ankara.

The broken shower pipe was a nuisance, as it sprayed all over the bathroom and bathing was a task. The team in the evening forgot to inform us that the repairs won't take place the following day, because of New Year's, and we were only staying for 2 nights, and being over New Year's it was difficult to get a room change. Also, the chain lock was broken.

Staff Friendliness: The friendly and accommodating nature of your staff significantly contributed to the positive atmosphere of the hotel. Their warmth and willingness to assist created a welcoming environment throughout my stay. In summary, my experience at your hotel was outstanding. I appreciate the attention to detail and the commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. I look forward to the opportunity to stay with you again in the future.

the WIFI was poor

The rooms were spacious, and the cleanliness of the entire building, encompassing both the rooms and the restaurant, was satisfactory.

Each floor of the hotel had separate Wi-Fi settings, requiring us to reconnect and input our username/password whenever we moved to our rooms or the lobby. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was inadequate. Furthermore, upon checkout, my colleagues were billed for minibar usage with an unreasonable pricing process compared to supermarket prices.

Everything was just great; the staff was very helpful and tried to make my accommodation the best. I had a small problem in my room with no water for more than 12 hours and I thought it was a public problem to figure out it was just my room. I was offered a replacement room but due to difficulty moving my things, I just used it on temp basis until my room problem was sorted out.

Nothing, everything is just perfect

The hotel is in a fab location. It's either a short walk to the shopping area, restaurants and bars or the Metro station is right outside, so you can jump on the train to other places and sightseeing. Staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Manager was very accommodating with our requests. Breakfast was also lovely with a great choice of items

The towels were a little worn and tatty but this didn't spoil our stay

Everything was excellent, perfect location, quiet & spacious room with a fantastic view of Ankara, healthy breakfast, I liked it very much and hope to come back to this place.

Heating in the room was only via air conditioning, so it was unusual, but for cold nights of January it was necessary (however, I try to never use air conditioning, as air becomes very dry and it is hard to breath).

Everything was very good except fact we ordered room service late at night. Order was taken I rang an hour later to find out when it would come only to be told they weren’t making it. Then had to order food from outside. Didn’t have the courtesy to ring and tell me it wasn’t being done. It led to my daughter starving half to death. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Room service was non existent

Excellent hotel, perfect location, very closed to Kizilay and various places. I was staying on the top floor, fantastic view. Delicious breakfast, very professional & friendly staff. Very modern and beautiful place.

During the night loud music was heard from the clubs nearby, it is a pity this hotel does not have a swimming pool, for the rest everything was truly perfect.

In my 12-day stay after surgery I felt very comfortable, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, very attentive and friendly staff, and excellent quality of food.
