The location of the hotel is amazing, you'll be right in the middle of everything. A lot of restaurants, a lot of beaches, malls aren't far away either. Accordingly, there will be some noise at night. I booked this hotel not wanting to travel by taxi for 15 minutes to reach the nearest mall or a nice restaurant, but some noise is to be expected. That being said, it didn't take away from the experience at all. The hotel has a really nice café downstairs, and most importantly - a super lovely staff. I felt very welcomed at all times. The cleaning staff is excellent also, Zeynep is a wonderful person. They will knock on your door around 12 on most days, but if you have it double locked, they won't (can't?) come in so you can sleep in if you want. There's no kettle in the room, but honestly I'd just go downstairs and either sit in the café or take drinks/snacks up to the room with me. I'll be back.

I liked that the staff was so friendly and was ready to assist me in every issue I had especially the women at the desk as I don’t know her name

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an extra card to keep the electric on in the room

I booked this room for its location using the map on your website, because I needed to stay close to a surgery, in reality the room was a mile away from where it was advertised

The hotel was showing closed on google and google map. I contacted them before arriving to make sure if the hotel is open and the receptionist didn’t bother saying anything. Once we arrived we realized that the whole hotel is going through a renovation! They didn’t bother informing us ahead, the smell was horrible in the whole hotel and the lobby was half demolished due to work. Completely unacceptable. They shouldn’t have published themselves on booking.com if they were going through work renovations. They insisted on showing us 1 room. But we ended up cancelling and looking for a new hotel at the last minue…

It was a desaster. It's not mentionned but there is not réception in the hotel. The entrance IS a bar. We couldn't sleep AT all, it was too noisy. I ASK to change the room they didn't event considered us. The bed was awful and there was some Stains on the sheets. Then on the site it's writtent that there are Access to beach it's not true. They didn't own Any part and then they told us that WE could have discount for place on the beach again a lie. I AM going to write to Booking they are liars. Be carefull.

The place did not look like in the pictures. It was under renovation and was in very bad condition. The rooms were very bad and congested. There was no proper facilities in the hotel and the staff was hardly present in the hotel. And we lost our gold jewelry from the suitcase when he had kept in the lobby for a while and we got no help from the staff regarding the same.

This property is under construction, there are no room with balcony its all dusty constructions site, no staff available to check us in when we arrived 2 at night with 6 months old baby
