staff is friendly and seem very kind. housekeeping is beyond excellent - the best i’ve ever experienced at a hotel! front desk was also very helpful with recommendations, taxis, info etc. i appreciated the help (:

the breakfast could use improvement. the eggs and beef served on some days were great. unfortunately there isn’t enough hot food to fill up on and the cheese pastries were usually soggy. i also wish the coffee was better and maybe some morning juices provided. having a bellboy on site would be a massive help for check in/check out too (:

The unavailability of the room i booked and desired I have to say the staff are the friendliest in this industry Sidra ( not sure about the name) , and both gentle men on the night shift for reception , the girl in the restaurant on the night shift is a sweet heart ,these people would go the extra mile to get things done for customers ,the night club is cozy , staff r so nice as well and DJs are so good ... i met with few other residents who were also happy with the staff ... keep it up ...mainly loved everything about it

Fabulous and clean room. Great view. We had the jacuzzi and it was amazing. Would absolutely recommend it.

Breakfast room isn't the greatest. Would be amazing to be able to sit outside. Beach was closed due to some constructions.

The location. The friendly and exceptionally professional members of the reception staff Emre,Seda , Yigit Durak and the evening porter. They are now like a family to me. Emre and Seda are amazing they attend to every single need of the hotel guests. Their professional knowledge and command of English are remarkable and can only match to the ones of the staff in top London hotels. The Yigit Durac was extremely helpful . He was not only helping with the luggage he also was attending to any need and desires of the guests. He was extremely helpful with changing of flight to my friend and talking to the Airline Customer Services. The two cleaners in my first room1305 and the cleaners in 1307 were very hard working and look after me and the rooms I stayed

Location, security, friendliness of the staff in the bar, restaurant and at the reception. It is a vibrant and a cosmopolitan hotel when you meet people from all over the world and make friends. I miss them all. I miss Sausage at the pool bar.

The hotel is not big which is a good thing! The view of the Mediterranean is exceptional. I really enjoyed sitting at the seaside terrace and sipping my coffee. The price is good for its performance. Front desk staff is very accommodating. Located close to lot of restaurants and by the sea (Konserve beach entrance is in front of the hotel) and you are also close to shops. Breakfast was very good. I found the restaurant a little noisy at night and crowded with outside customers but there are many other choices within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend for those who are not used to staying at 5 star hotels.

front desk staff are exceptional with a big smile, but unfortunately smile is missing from the rest of the crew (I would guess a little over worked).

I had a wonderful stay at the Qinn Hotel in Antalya, which offered a great balance of comfort, convenience, and stunning views. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with the perfect blend of sea and mountain scenery. The room felt cozy and relaxing, and it was clear the hotel takes great pride in cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The hotel’s facilities were also top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of fresh items to suit all tastes. I also dined at the hotel restaurant a couple of times, and the food was tasty. The staff at Qinn Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and were a big part of why I had such a pleasant experience.

While I had a great time overall, one downside was the pricing at the hotel restaurant. Although the food was delicious, it was a bit more expensive than I expected for Turkey, which was a minor disappointment compared to the more affordable dining options in the area. Despite the slightly higher restaurant prices, I would definitely recommend Qinn Hotel. It offers fantastic value in terms of location, comfort, and service. The views, cleanliness, and friendly staff made it a memorable stay, and I’d love to return for another visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or something as simple as extra toilet paper, they responded quickly and with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference and enhanced my experience. The location is another major plus, it's perfect! You can walk to several beautiful beaches in just minutes, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.

The only small downside was that the hot water in the shower wasn't always consistently hot, but it was never a major issue.

We had a wonderful family group stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, with staff who were always smiling, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing — perfect for a family getaway. Special thanks for the generous and varied breakfast, as well as the well-maintained common areas. Everything was perfect. Location - 10/10, Service - 10/10, Rooms and facilities - 10/10. Absolutely brilliant hotel situated right by the see, away from the main roads and traffic. Spacious, well maintained, comfortable rooms, beautiful bathrooms, views from the window. Lobby bar and a restaurant are absolutely beautiful. There's outside terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and stunning view of the see and mountains. All staff members are very polite and helpful (receptionist guy Emre is a star ⭐). Chef/s are really good. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed and super friendly. I was there in March, when pool was not in use, but I'm sure can enjoy it a lot during summer time. Try them out, I'm sure you'd love them too.

Safes are not laptop size, unfortunately. Sound isolation could you be slightly better (but neighbors have fun and I can't complain much about it).
