Hotel is lovely, staff very lovely and helpful. The pool is very and only two sun beds but still very nice. There is no beach despite it saying there is, there is a man made jetty style thing that’s built into the cliff that has sun loungers and you can get into the sea but you’re literally like sardines and if you have any mobility issues then this place defiantly is not for you as it’s about 100 steps down a steep cliff face. The closest beach is Lara which is about 30 mins away and is a pebble beach, and there’s a pebble beach in Konyaaltı. Plenty of bars and restaurants and it is a beautiful place. Old town is gorgeous and PLENTY of shopping, come with an empty suitcase and deep pockets as you’ll want to hit everything.

I had originally booked a standard room, but to my surprise, the management upgraded me to a suite, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. The location was excellent, just a one-minute walk from a lively street filled with restaurants and pubs. In the morning, you can enjoy a stroll along the sea or explore the city’s green spaces, markets, and more than three malls, all within a six-minute bus ride. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were also offered a late checkout and were able to store our luggage at the reception free of charge. The room itself was spotless and well-organized. I highly recommend this place.

The location is excellent, and while the room is slightly small, it is both comfortable and well-maintained. Furthermore, the staff members are amicable and provide attentive service.

Initially, there was an additional charge for the use of the gym facilities. However, the receptionist, an older gentleman, communicated with the owner, as he stated, and subsequently secured an exception that allowed us to utilize the gym free of charge.

The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us, plus making sure that we were doing alright The room was really big and I loved the balcony and the view we had. I can just recommend getting a massage at the hotel because it was one of the best massages I ever received!

The bathroom didnt had door, so it was quite uncomfortable going to the toilette as well as the walls were very thin, so we could hear our neighbors. And there were some stains on the bedsheets and the jacuzzi wasnt really working.

Location was great. Loads of food places around. The best part of our stay was the way the hotel staff, especially Tahir, went above and beyond to help us out and make sure our stay was comfortable and we had the best price for taxis, excursions and anything else we wanted to do in Antalya. We stayed in the king suite which was great. There was a lovely sea view and it looked exactly like the pictures. It was lovely to have the hot tub in the room and the AC was great.

The hotel spa was quite expensive for what it gave. It was pretty much the same for a massage as we would pay in the UK, whereas other places were 1/4 of the price. This didn’t bother us but the bathroom area did not have a door - the room was quite big and the toilet was behind a wall but might be uncomfortable for some!

Clean and tidy

Breakfast wasn’t very good, notices around saying you can’t bring your own food or drink in. This was crazy considering they don’t offer food and the drinks are pricey for a can you can get round the corner for 1/4 of the price

Such a amazing place with a good vibe, amazing staff. Even tho, you dont speak turkish the people over there who dosent communicate so good, will do anything for you. Such a amazing place.

The breakfast buffet was very small and there was limited choice of food, plus not all the food was kept hot inside chafing dishes. Also, the bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The curtains were not properly attached to the rails.

The staff were friendly and the cleaner woman was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the location as I felt safe & comfortable. I also liked the spa and the hotel was immaculately clean.

People banging doors but i suppose this cant be helped ... after all its a busy hotel.

Location was not the best but that can't be rectified,
