The staff is extremely attentive and ready to help with anything, not just generally nice and polite like you would expect but genuinely friendly. The breakfast is organized by the Tipsy Old Town bar upstairs and has very generous portions, along with a nice sea view. It is also very convenient to come to the bar for lunches and dinners. The location is very advantageous, 5 minutes away from Mermerli beach (private and with paid entry, but it is only 150 lira and you are guaranteed a chair and an umbrella) and within 10 minutes to anywhere in the center, a lot of nice little streets and pubs to explore. The hotel also offers transfers to and from the airport which is very convenient.

The bed sheets were a little dirty, I found a hair on my bed before I ever even sat on it. There was also a small bag of stuff in the closet drawer, seemingly left by a previous guest, and all of that makes me think the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. It's not too bad though, I have definitely stayed in worse for a higher price. One downside of the otherwise amazing location is that it is in a mostly walking center, so some cars just won't drive you to the hotel or pick you up from there in case you are trying to call Uber or planning to go on a tour with a pick up from a hotel included. I highly recommend getting the hotel's transfer to and from the airport since it will pick you up and drop you off right by the hotel, even if some taxis won't drive you.

Excellent location of the hotel in the old town with picturesque views from the terrace. We especially liked the breakfasts and the very sincere serving staff in the cafe at the hotel, to whom we would like to send them a big hello arriving at home to Tbilisi. The room itself had everything you need - a comfortable large bed, a good shower room, air conditioning, a mini fridge and even an electric kettle with utensils for tea and coffee drinking. For travelers, you rarely need something more.

Specifically, in our room (202), outside the window, on the wall there was a number of outdoor parts of air conditioners, which constantly did not stop and buzzed strongly regardless of the time of day, which prevented sleep. A closed window did not help solve the problem. I think for people with anxious sleep, this can be a big minus. Once again, I will clarify that this problem concerned this particular hotel room.

Perfect Location. Old Town is beautiful and the people so nice. Friendly staff. Willing to help 24/7. Felt very safe. The rooftop restaurant, Tipsys, was lovely - staff, drinks and food. Breakfast was enormous.

The following wouldn't stop us from booking this hotel again but it may be important for some:- Description says daily housekeeping but our room was only cleaned once during our 8 night stay. We had to keep asking for more coffee, clean mugs, toilet rolls and clean towels. Having said this they always complied at once and with a smile. Also description says room is soundproofed. It wasn't. We didn't mind the music from the bars but it may be an issue for some.

Location is great, although noisy in Kaleici. Especially as there was construction going on in the facing building (7 metres from our window). Dont expect much from the sea view. As you open the window, the opposing rooftop probably stares back to you. Aside, on the rooftop is The Tipsy Cafe/Restaurant, which is centrainly a hip an nice bar/restaurant with a nice view! We had dinner there and was fun and tasty. But.. again.. noisy, because also right above your bed. They end at 01.00 The hotel is quite outdated, but it fits the Kaleici atmosphere. We spent 2 nigths there, so this was not too much of an issue to us. Beds were firm, but not too firm. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was served in the Tipsy restaurant rooftop and great! Except for one thing: they did not serve coffee. A bit strange, but you can bring you own single coffee sachets and take hot water to brew your own. You can park in the neighbourhood (10 min) walk for free, but wont be easy if it is crowded. Next to the room are two seats and a little table on the outside gallery (aisle) which seemed to be used by anyone during the night. We did not mind, but it's good to know. Would recommend for a short stay

Super central location right in the old town. What an incredible place Antalya is! The Antalya in gave us a warm welcome on arrival, I can’t fault the staffs’ kindness and knowledge shared with us. The rooftop bar/restaurant was absolutely perfect overlooking the mountains - I’m missing their cocktails overlooking the view already! Great breakfast too. Thankyou for a lovely stay :) ** Please bear in mind this is an authentic Turkish hotel - don’t expect luxury, it’s perfect because it’s imperfect. **

You can hear the music from upstairs - something we didn’t mind, just bring some earplugs with you and it’ll be fine!

Great location in Old Town. Beautiful sea view and less noisy than other parts, but ear plugs still advisable if wanting to sleep before midnight/1am.This is the nature of the Old Town and not in any way a negative comment against the hotel. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. We had to leave early one day for an excursion and they provided us with a sandwich to take with us as we would miss breakfast. Breakfast is also very good. Served in the terrace bar above the hotel. Very plentiful and very tasty. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and speaks English. Very welcoming and a very good service. They offer water at anytime and they don’t sell it. The breakfast was very good many things from vegetables fruits, drinks, cheese. I really appreciate when we checked in they brought us a fruit dish that was so sweet. We’ve been traveling a month around Turkey and we’ve missed this quality of service

The light above the mirror in the bathroom should be fixed as the hairdryer was broken.

The value for the price was great. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and we used the airport shuttle service which was nice as well

The smell in the bathroom should be fixed. It's understandable that the facility is old and plumbing could be as well. But try to fix that

The location is extremely great. The Mermerli Plaji is only a few minutes far from the hotel. It is in the heart of the old town, all the historical places are within reach by walking. (I recommend this route starting from the hotel: Hidirlik Tower, Hadrian’s Gate, Antalya Saat kulesi, Yivliminare Mosque, Old bazar (and bazar everywhere:), Kaleici Panoramic Elevator, Roman Harbour, Mermerli Plaji, The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. It is not a wellness or luxurious hotel, but perfect for a nice trip if you want to get to know the Old City and enjoy the beach with a very fair price.
