Good location, right in the middle of the old town, close to the beach. They serve the most amazing breakfast I have ever had not only in Turkey but in my life. The restaurant downstairs serve a great food, especially seafood. The play live music in the evenings. Reasonable price, lovely staff, they helped to take our luggage to the room as there is no lift.

It was loud at the night as it is in the middle of the old town where people are partying. I wouldn't recommend for families or old people.

I liked the hotel so much, for me kervan hotel exceeded my expectations, starting from the location, the hotel is located in a central area closed to many amenities and very active area day and night surrounded by all kinds of restaurant and shops, close to the beach and 8 minutes walk from the main road, and not so far from the airport. I liked the location very much, people consider the area as one of the day tripa that they need to visit, and i was happy to live their all the time during my stay. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are large and well prepared, staff are so friendly, I would like to thank them for the nice friendly hostality, the only negative thing is that the hotel has a night music show in its resraurant, some people can consider it noisy but i liked it as i can listen to a nice music for free and was not loud to disturb me. I can not comment on the food as my booking did not include any meal but the food in the private restaurant was amazing. Thank you kervan hotel

Such a great location, in the heart of Kaleici. The location (above a restaurant) seems odd, but it was such a non-issue and was just such an easily accessible spot for us to come and go. We travelled with our young children and they loved the location and the area overall. We stayed only 2 nights but we felt so at home! Special thanks to Yuksel, who showed us such kindness and warmth. We arrived quite early and expected to drop our bags and find somewhere to wait it out, but she ushered us off to a cool bedroom and told my girls to have a rest. So appreciated after a long and busy travel time. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable.

It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but there is loud music till about midnight which might bother light sleepers.

The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The place is really centrally located and you can reach everything by foot.

Check-in is late (14.00). The restaurant below the hotel it’s of the same property. Unfortunately they blast the music from 22.00 to 00.00 and it feels like the band is in your room. It’s really annoying if you want to rest. I fell like it should be stated in the description before you book here so who needs to sleep early can decide to go elsewhere. To bad for the music because otherwise it would have been a good stay.

Very nice room and it was freshened up every day by the staff - towels toiletries etc. Excellent location in the old town and walkable distance to most areas.

It wasn't a dislike, but you just have to be mindful that you are staying over a bar and restaurant area that play music until late. Something to bear in mind.

Most importantly for us, it was child friendly! Location was great for my purposes. Comfortable bed. Free bottled water and tea/coffee, kettle in the bedroom. Great hosts. Superb breakfast every day. A great and popular sea food restaurant on the ground floor. (Tip: Taxi driver from airport was unfamilar with the hotel, however, I am sure the restaurant is better known, Ayar Meyhanesi.)

Live bands every night, although it was pointed out by other reviewers, so was expected. It was something we got to enjoy, great samples of local music experience, but had to tolerate it till midnight! It is what it is. We are not bitter about it! (I also noted from other colleagues that it was the same case in their hotels.).

Location was very good, the value was great as space was adequate and kitchen was very useful.

Confusion on the checkin- this review is for Kervan Apart and not the hotel so the service and location was different from what we thought and were not made aware .

What great value right in the centre of the old town. The rooms are directly above the restaurant below, in fact you check in at the restaurant. The room was a good size with three single beds (very handy to have a spare bed to lay clothes out on) and well furnished, comfortable beds and very clean. There was a large bottle of water in the room on arrival. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and cooked eggs. The housekeeper (Yuksel Hanim ?), was first class. She also prepared breakfast for us very early before going on a trip. She always had a smile and was very helpful, truly a credit to the hotel. If your travelling to the airport, it easier to walk to one of the city gates and get a taxi to the auto station, where the metro / train goes direct to the airport.

There was a small pool but its right in the centre of the restaurant !!! So only practical for a quick dip when the restaurant is not serving lunch or dinner.....

Great location in the old town, at the main street that takes you to Hadrian Gate. Spacious, clean rooms. Amazing bathroom with the shower effect rain. Nicea and helpful staff. And last, but not least, delicious and plentiful breakfast, it was delicious and you really have a lot to eat. I've been to lots of places but this might be the best (or Top 10 for sure).
