We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Franco Old Town. The hotel is located in Old Town, walking distance to a lot of attractions and to the sea. For me it was important to be very near the sea. There are lots of restaurants on these pedestrian streets, so you have plenty of choice. We loved the breakfast every morning, delicious!!! I would also like to point out that we liked the soundproof windows. A/C worked fine, bathroom and toilet clean. Also we would like to recommend the restaurant - you get a 10% discount. We enjoyed the drinks and the food!

The location was fantastic...in the heart of Old town. The hotel look and feel was also very quaint and nice. The food at the Cafe downstairs was very yumm.

No lift. And no helpers either. So lugging our luggage to the first floor was a challenge. Our room was not cleaned / made up for the second day. When asked the front desk guy cooly replied that the cleaning person may have been on leave. He wasn't even aware. We were quite shocked.

Free breakfast every morning was great and simple (eggs, bread, chips, cheese, fruit, nutella, jam). The room was perfect and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were available whenever we needed and friendly. The best part was the location as it was at the main street of old town, some of the most popular restaurants were located here. The room was great and offered everything that was advertised.

wifi can be slow sometimes.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Franco. The staff was really nice (big up to Kadir with whom we have talked for a while and who was lovely with us), spoke fluent English, the breakfast was delicious, the room was incredible and the hotel perfectly located… and as we came out of season the price was incredibly cheap for this kind of quality. One of the best hotels we’ve been to in Türkiye !

Breakfast was outside on the street. Substantial breakfast provided , excellent food. We had the back room on bottom floor which was sound proofed, as it is a very noisy place with the cafes & bars

Room was exceptionally small. The electrical points were in strange places & we had to place the kettle on the floor to operate. No coat hangers were provided & there was a lack of hooks to hang anything at all.

The staff are all nice and very helpful. It is easily accessible to most places like Old Bazaar, Metro station nearest is Ismetpasa, and other tourist spots. Breakfast is kinda good as well (enough for a breakfast) , they helped us in getting a taxi. They have restaurant which is discounted for their guests in the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water and a powerful shower.

Tv didn't work, informed staff and it was repaired but then stopped working again. No wardrobe or hanging space in room.

Everything was good enough , Thank you family hotel , we liked the breakfast, and our stay, we had little difficulty with parking as we have to park more than a mile away.As it already mentioned no parking streets are very narrow to park any where near to the hotel, Overall we had a good time.

Very nice place, sush friendly staff. Tasty food in the pizzeria. Good location: close to the sea, different cafe and restaurants, shops, Handian's Gate.

the location of the hotel in the old city is great and convenient. tourist spots and restaurants are near. staff are kind and helpful.

the shower takes too long to heat up.
