Good location, but the street is quiet, almost no traffic during night time. It's possible to order a breakfast from Shakespeare restaurant, but I preferred to buy food in Migros and prepare by myself: all kitchen inventory, stove and microwave are good and ready to use. Very good and stable Internet connection, about 20 Mbit/s, which was broken only once during district blackout (unfortunately, it happens).

The main problem is, the hotel doesn't have a strict no-smoking policy. It were several days when my neighbours smoke too much, even at night, it was quite discomfortable. Happily, they departed in a few days. I'd suggest to improve either non-smoking measures or the ventilation in the rooms.

Great location, close to the beach. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Small kitchen but you still can cook if needed. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. WiFi was a bit slow in the evening, but during the day was fast - good enough to work remotely. Free parking. Really nice place to stay!

It was hard to park nearby, especially Friday night. The street is narrow, our car was damaged one night. Lift was frequently occupied by cleaning personel, not a big issue though.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and it truly offers an optimal balance of price and quality. All the appliances were in excellent working condition, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The hotel also boasts a lovely, compact pool that was always quiet and available for use. It provided a refreshing retreat during the day. Additionally, I found the hotel staff to be pleasant, friendly, and non-intrusive. They were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The hotel may not offer extravagant amenities, but it provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere at an affordable price. It's important to have reasonable expectations when it comes to cleanliness and material quality, considering the hotel's category. However, for those seeking a cozy and spacious room with stunning views, along with a friendly and accommodating staff, this hotel is a great choice.

Very nice small hotel located in a pretty quite area close (10 min walk) to the beach. The room is clean and well maintained. For breakfast we were offered vouchers for one of the cafes nearby, the breakfasts were magnificent - definitely recommend getting them! Beside that cafe, there are a lot of places to eat/go around the hotel.

We had minor issues with shower in the bathroom - showerhead couldn't be hanged on the wall properly because hanger was broken and the shower pipe was not secured to the wall so we got the impression that it's going to fall off.

Perfect location, five minute walk to probably best part of public Konyalty beach, little park with cafes, lots of pubs, bars & restaurants nearby, however apartments themselves are hidden from most of the noises. Stuff is super friendly, there are all needed facilities for sea holiday life. Overall good accommodation for its price.

Pay attention to square meters, room turned out to be a little smaller than we expected from photos.

During the winter season, it's maybe the best place around, inexpensive prices here and in the nearby markets, and no much nightlife in the bars and restaurants nearby. It wouldn't be so quiet in summer time.

The most serious problem was occasional blackouts in local area; luckily, they were no longer than 15-30 min. In the future, the electricity network in this district should be improved.

First of all, I would like to thank guys on the reception: very friendly and trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great (and cheap) turkish coffee could be ordered on the reception. The waterpool is small, but is fine for the quick refreshment during hot summer days. The room was equppied well, both in living room and the bedroom air condition worked well. Bathroom was a bit small, but ok for a quick shower. Location is good: tons of restaurants nearby, small grocery store not far, Migros about 10 minutes walk. Apartments not far from the beach, also about 5-10 minutes waking. Wi-fi was ok even for video conference (had to work on vacation). There is a lift in the building, hence no problem for travellers with baby strollers. Breakfasts are not served in the property, but app. 200 meters far, but there is a variety of breakfast meals and all was very delicious.

Both of minuses are NOT the property´s fault (hence no points down for them), but bear in mind, that: 1. For travellers with strollers: sidewalks in the whole street are very narrow, and if somebody parks a scooter on it you should go to the road. There is not much traffic there, but it is not very pleasant to find a place, when any car appears there. 2. If you travel with the baby, better ask for the room with the pool view. There is a bar on the corner of the street, where weddings/birthday parties/other parties are held. The music is so loud, that you can hear it even in the apartment, which is app. 70 meters from there. During our stay there were 2 of such parties.

This is absolutely one of the best apart hotels in Antalya. The host made our stay incredible, the best suit was provided to us, it exceeded our expectations. The facilities are great, the location is just perfect, a room with terrace - there is nothing more my family could dream of. The sea and beach are very close, in the area there are a lot of cafés, bars and supermarkets. Only best recommendations!

There was nothing we didn't like about this suits hotel

The location is great, 5 min from the beach, next to plenty of restaurants. The room has everything you need including a kitchen, a kettle, dishes, a washing machine. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The room gets cleaned every 3 or 4 days. In general, pretty good value for money compared to other alternatives in this area.

The water from the shower was leaking just a little bit into the bathroom, but it was not a problem at all. The towels were not always ideally clean, but were quickly replaced by the staff with clean ones.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants. Close to the beautiful beach.

Could do with slight maintenance, for example, the toilet roll holder 2as broken and the shower was not attached to the wall. Occasionally noisy at night from the local bar playing loud music.
