Good location of the apartments, 10-15 minutes to the beach; there are many shops and cafes nearby, a bus stop is a five-minute walk away. there is a balcony, clothes dryers, the room is quite spacious, easy check-in / check-out, friendly staff. generally satisfied with the rest.

The TV did not work, they reported to the reception twice but there was no reaction. Well, it's okay, we did without TV. I would also recommend hanging a curtain or making a threshold in the shower, as the water spreads over the toilet and the floor. A bit short on utensils, we only had one pot and pan (for cooking).

Great location, close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and bars, everything you need very close by. Lovely family who ran the property, always very helpful and welcoming. The room was a great size for what I needed and had a lovely view of the mountains, a perfect balance for a long term stay. I stayed for just under a month and worked from the flat too.

The only thing I would say is that noise travelled through the building. And it would have been nice to have a few more kitchen utensils and supplies included on arrival like shower gel, shampoo / conditioner etc. lamps near the bed would be great and a small table for the balcony would be good too :)

Big apartment, really clean, really close to the beach. Kitchen enough equiped to cook.

Curtain doesn't block daylight. We were waking up too early in the morning. Cleaning should be done every 3 days according rules. Nobody came to clean the apartment. About the shower (shared with the restroom).. well, be ready to use squeegee to get rid of water on the bathroom floor. There isn't delimitation or water stop. If you are not careful, water will go all over in the bathroom

The apartment was comfortable, it had all the kitchen amenities needed. The staff on the reception is always helpful. Hotel is around 500 meters away from the beach (10min walk). WiFi connection works fine.

The general state of the furniture and amenities needs refreshment and some fixing. Building has no elevator, so in case there are some difficulties to walk - consider it as it has 4 floors. Cleaning of rooms - every 3 days (consider the stock of toiletries :)).

Location was absolutely Top-Notch. Stuff were super polite , kind and caring . Really clean room and hygienic. Washing machine is easy to access. There is always someone at the reception and they are always there to help in case of a problem. The apartment was really clean and hygienic. Garden area was absolutely lovely for a little gathering during your stay. The internet connection was 10/10 and amazing. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Anatolian Homes & Apart.

In our room , Shower did not have warm water at night. However, when you inform the stuff they can fix it for you for that night. Kitchen needed a bit of more gadgets in our point of view.

The size of the rooms where good and the bathrooms where clean. The owner and his family where very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, everything was from walking distance and old town was only 15min away with a taxi, I would definitely recommend this hotel to families or a big friend groups. I will definitely visit again.

When we came the rooms where very clean but the cleaners didnt clean well when they came to clean our rooms our 4th day. They just changed the covers. But other than that everything else was perfect.

Stayed here for three weeks in one of the top-floor King Suites with balcony. Three adults and a two-year-old. The owners supplied a lovely cot for our little one, as well as taking other child-safety measures. It was a great location for our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend.

Kept having to go down to reception in order to ask for basic things such as extra toilet roll. There was no anti-slip mat provided in the shower, despite requesting one.

The staff is great, especially Mustafa. He was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. The accommodation is very close to nice restaurants and cafes. It is also very close to the sea and transportation. Everything was great.

Just that they did not have so far from bed as advertised. Accommodation was for family of four but there was one double bed and then just sofa set not sofa come bed
