Stuffs are very helpful and the hotel is supper clean. Location is perfect and very close to water. Lots of restaurants , pubs and cafe near by and best shopping place (saviour for tourists) by the water inside the park. This is my second time to use this hotel and I am going to book it again for my next holiday. Thanks again for all stuff.

Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Location is great. Around 7 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries around. Konyaaltı is perfect choice for family. No problem with the staff. Easily reachable by phone. My flight was delayed so I called and informed them and that was easy to connect. The young guy at the reception was very helpful explaining everything in detailed when I asked and very polite with good English. The girl at the reception helped my mom with the luggage on the day of check in. Good and clean swimming pool not big though. WiFi worked well as well. The housekeeping lady was also super friendly and nice.

We booked deluxe room but actually it’s just a normal room in my understanding. Clean and comfortable but some things in the room should be fixed. There ware torn curtain, broken bedside table and sink stand. I informed the receptionist but she just said ok. There were only Turkish channels but I won’t insist. Probably we didn’t find any English speaking channels. And one more thing. If you have elderly people traveling with you try to ask not the highest floor. Cos there is no elevator and it’s a bit of challenge to walk up for people who have problems with legs or heart problems. There were no toiletries only basic liquid soap, no water no tea or coffee bags. The blankets are very thin. But no complaints on anything cos we just slept in this room.

The staff was super-friendly, always ready to help and to chat. The room was equipped with a fridge, coffee and tea maker, which made it absolutely appropriate to my needs. The beach, several bars and restaurants are so close, it was wonderful to go out and enjoy Turkish life.

As an off-season traveller unfortunately I couldn´t get the pleasure to use the pool. But I will definitely come back in a different season.

Excellent location in close proximity to the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, yet very quiet in the apartment so we could have a good night rest. Small but comfy flat. All the required appliances are available, including a vacuum cleaner. There is everything that you need to cook at home. The staff was very helpful. Beautiful and clean swimming pool. Would love to come back next time.

considering we paid extra to have the Jacuzzi in the room it took about 2 hours to fill the water trickled out very slowly and was cold

The property was really good great location nice size pool great staff they even looked after our baggage when we had to leave for a late flight they speak really good English no job is to small the staff will help you with anything they even do money exchange if you need it.

Lovely big room with hot tub, plenty of space to store clothes, clean and tidy

3 flights of stairs with no lift, doesn’t sound like a big deal but when the temperature is over 30 degrees it’s quite hard work! Quite a built up residential area, lots of barking dogs especially at night or early morning.

Despite some of the bad reviews, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked the deluxe room with hot tub - the room was even better in person and the air con unit did a fantastic job of keeping us cool at night. We had two balconies to choose from, and was a nice place to chill out. The bed was comfortable enough and the minibar provided was great as we were able to get drinks and have some snacks without having to go to the shop. The bill at the end of our stay was fairly small for what we had which was great. I would honestly ignore the negative reviews for this hotel as it seems like it’s just the basement rooms which aren’t good.

Unfortunately we never got to use the hot tub as the water was draining out so we couldn’t fill the tub to use. The gentleman at the desk did offer to help us, but couldn’t work out how to plug it either until the next day, which was our last. It wasn’t a huge deal for us though as we would’ve asked on the first night, so this isn’t a negative really!

The property is small but clean. It is located in walking distance to Konyaalti beach with access to all cafes and restaurants near by. There is street parking as well. There is good supply of hot water for your showers and air conditioning.

The walls are thin, so make sure to speak softly as it is audible to room next door. There is no lift in the property, so be ready to carry your bags to upper floors.
