The staff were so friendly, helpful, kind, and supportive of my reason I was there. Very grateful for them

My shower in my room was broken when you took it off the latch it was spraying out from the sides which was annoying as I was trying to avoid getting certain parts of me wet.. other then that it was good.

The hotel is modern and rooms are well equipped. We got rooms facing north-west and north-east. Most of the staff speak English. A roof-top restaurant has a great view on the city and not busy for dinner.

Air conditioner blows straight to the bed. There was not enough sound-proof from the corridor. The room service regularly forgot to refresh a free bottle of water, and once they left a dirty rag and a bag of trash on the table. The breakfast is portioned, same every day, and not enough diverse for me.

Hotel is in a very good location walking distance from beach and restaurants. Beds are clean and comfy and room service is great

Hotel can do a bit sound proofing in the rooms as it is on main interaction so can hear traffic which can be loud at times and can add more items for breakfast

The hotel is very convenient and good in all aspects.

Almost everything was great about this hotel from my point of view: - room cleaning : every day if you request, using special buttons - staff : helpful, speaks English, explained everything you need to know about room and services - location : it is really in the center of Konyaaltı, very comfortable to get to sea, a lot of new cafes there - breakfast : it is simple Turkish, the same every day, but taste is nice - bath : super comfortable bathroom, plus hotel provide you all necessary staff without any additional request (towels, bathrobes, vanity kits, gels, shampoos etc)

I couldn’t rate this hotel as 10 due to 2 points: - soundproofing : windows are not soundproofing, and you can hear road noise all the time, as it is busy location. It was important for me, when I was choosing the hotel - coffee : it is super poor for breakfast )) but it was manageable, as there are a lot of places with good coffee around

A real nice 3-star hotel. It's not big, but you can tell they're keeping things top-notch. It's clean and quiet, and everything works like it should. We really enjoyed the Bistro - small restaurant in the hotel - their Turkish-style breakfast was the highlight in the mornings. It's also a great spot to hang out later in the evening. The food and service over there are super nice too.

The girl at the front desk seemed a little angry and lost when she realized that the two young men in front of her were together. She even had to get her male coworker to complete the check-in. But the rest of the staff were really nice and ready to assist.

The staff, from the Reception team to the maids and the waitering team, are always available, smiling and helpful. The service at Türkay in all areas is truly spot on. The food is excellent with a true, varied choice in the menu. Kudos to the Chef! The rooms are modern, well equipped with all amenities and toiletries. The wifi is super fast everywhere, in all areas (the rooms, the restaurants…)

To me, Türkay hotel could have easily 4 stars. The location was really amazing. Just around 6 minutes by walk to the beautiful Konyaalti beach, and the promenade with spectacular palm trees. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was very nice, tidy and clean. The view was wonderful! I also enjoyed the breakfast. I liked that, it was served directly to the table. I highly recommend this excellent hotel.

The best about Turkay Hotel is unimaginable attention to details from the staff. They have been helping with every aspect of our stay there, making our trip a really enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately we couldn't enable any network features on our TV. It was a little issue because of our long stay. However Turkay Hotel staff tried their best to help us, which we still appreciate :)
