The staff was kind, polite, and helpful, especially Zuhal and Maria. The location was close to public transportation, the old town, and shopping centers. It was only a short walk to the MarkAntalya and a 20-minute walk to the old town. There is a ticket kiosk near the MarkAntalya where you can buy AntalyaKart. A few minutes walk from the hotel were many restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and foreign exchange offices. The rooms were quiet and away from the city noise. It is acceptable to request a change if you are dissatisfied with your room's amenities, view, or cleanliness. They also allowed us to check in three hours early without charging extra. Also, it was a nice touch that the hotel could be reached via WhatsApp and get a quick answer.

The pool and the gym were too small. The cleanliness was satisfactory but could be improved. Airport transportation is not free. If you have heavy luggage, I recommend using a taxi; otherwise, you may take the tram or city bus, which is less expensive. A night before our departure, my parents requested a taxi to the airport early in the morning (5:30 a.m.). In the morning, they were informed by the hotel's receptionist that the taxi driver would not use the taxi meter and would instead charge an extra flat fee. I'm not sure if this is typical with the Turkish taxi services, but it was an unpleasant experience for me. The price difference was not significant, but you felt fooled.

Comfortable bed Quiet at night except for the call of prayer from the Mosque nearby. It didn't disturb my sleep personally. Friendly staff at the reception except for the guy who doesn't speak English, friendly cleaning lady and the two ladies in the kitchen were very nice to all guests. Very friendly staff member who made sure I got some breakfast twice when I was leaving early on a day trip and then on the day of checking out.

The first room didn't have hot water and the air-conditioning barely worked. Mr. ISMAEL had changed the room for me and the second room I got was just great. Also, the receptionist on the night of my arrival barely spoke any English and it was quite difficult to communicate with him. I didn't get a warm welcome and it took him ages ro check me in. Also, it's a 25 minute walk to the city centre where the old town is. There are lots of bus stops in the area but it would still take 25 minutes approximately to get to the old town.

I really enjoyed my stay at the City Moonlight hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was large and had an excellent kitchen and lounge. There was a nice outside area with a pool. The location was good, just a ten minute walk to the centre. There is a fantastic little bakery just over the road which has all manner of wonderful sweets and breads and pretzels.

The hotel staff were friendly, very helpful and always available to help! The hotel itself was located in a great spot - a bit away from the busy city hustle and bustle. The hotel offered great facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Finally, breakfast was great, the kitchen staff were always friendly and ensuring you had a good breakfast to start the day!

Honestly, nothing. All I'd suggest is to make the gym area a bit better by including a wall mirror and perhaps grant longer access to the pool.

- unfortunately, every morning around 5-5.30 AM we were woken up by the prayer broadcasted on a speaker nearby - the pillows weren’t exactly the most comfortable due to their height

I came to Antalya with the sole purpose to start my cosmetic dentistry journey with Dentatur Clinic. I booked a couple of extra days at City Moonlight Apart Hotels just to have a break after surgery before heading back home. I cannot stress enough the level of attention, friendliness and care that I have received from the staff; namely Maria and Zuhal. Maria checked me in with the biggest smile possible and she gave me an enless stream of complimentary services. She upgraded my room to one with a full sized jacuzzi, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and also managed to check me in at 10am! Zuhal is just a vibrant and positive asset to this establishment! They are so lucky to have her. She always had a smile on her face and was always ready with a recommendation, story or just made time for a friendly chat. She has such a kind demeanor and is always willing to help. I must say I have enjoyed my stay at City Moonlight immensely, all thanks to these two ladies! Maria and Zuhal, I will be back in April and I will definitely choose this hotel again, just because you two made it such a pleasure to stay here the first time! See ya soon!

The Wifi was a little temperamental.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is well connected to the city by public transportation. They do have a child bed, that they provided us at no additional cost.

It is not the hotel's fault, but it is right next to a cami, so be prepared to hear the call to prayer very loudly.

Large rooms. Staff is friendly especially Mr. Ismail, he is very helpful. Wifi signal is strong unlike most hotels. Very calm street, and very near to the city center. Very near mosque, great choice for muslims. The shower is so good. The woman in the breakfast is very kind and helpful.

The lighting in rooms must be better, its poor at night. The pool is small. The fitness center is only dumbels and treadmills The breakfast variety should be better. No cleaning service.

Comfortable, spacious, modern and clean apartment in a hotel with many facilities, situated in a calm and quiet area in the centre of Antalya, close to restaurants, shops, bus stops, tram station and the shopping mall Markantalya. Lovely receptionist ladies, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a cheap stay in Antalya city, we didn’t want to book one of those all inclusive hotels far away from the city center like the ones in Belek, so this hotel was just right for us. The staff is really nice and professional, they can help you with all the trips and directions for the best activities that the city has to offer. The rooms are very spacious, with all the amenities, it’s a brand new hotel therefore all the furniture is brand new. They also have a small private swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. The hotel is located in a very good area, not far from the Antalya old town, close to the hotel there are plenty of shops and even a shopping center called Marcantalya, the hotel is situated at the end of a small alley, the area is relatively safe. The city is well organized, we mostly travelled by taxi which the staff can call for you right at the hotel or you can simply press the button that you can find around the city. One of the things I liked the most about this hotel, was that they offered free washing machines plus free products for washing the clothes, this was so convenient for us, first time I came back from a holiday without the need to do all the washing BRAVO 👏👍👌. I definitely recommend this hotel for people like us that want to explore the city rather than a leisure stay. I would like to thank the manager and all the staff for the good work they did.
