The staff were excellent in that they went out of their way to meet our needs. Most of our interactions were with the manager Suleiman who was most attentive and obliging and his co-manager Jayhun was equally helpful. Special thanks to the cleaner who maintained a high standard in her duties. It was a short walk to the Mark Antalya Mall with its wide range of goods to meet most preferences and the food court which catered for both locals and visitors. Try the variety of "pide" which resemble pizzas with a selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings. The local "bazaars" ie markets are interesting and well worth a visit even if you decide not to purchase anything, which will be surprising.

No noise reduction between rooms, one day I couldn't sleep because of people in the near room, and each time someone use the bathroom or shower above or near us I can hear the water flush in the pipelines For windows, there is noise reduction I wish there is an open breakfast with the reservation

We were staying in this hotel 5 or more times. It’s centrally located, has very friendly reception staff, everything looks clean and new.

I can’t put 10 points only because all rooms are different, sometimes everything was fine, sometimes we had problems with shower or smell from insect disinfection or cigarettes. Anyway the staff is doing their best to help, thank you, guys!

When we first arrived the room we got wasn't cleaned, they changed our room right away though! We found it a bit small for the 2, as friends traveling together, other than that it was all perfect.

Hotel is 2 years old, so everything is new and looks fresh. Small free parking. Great staff that is always helpful. Quite good wi-fi. Location is very good, very close to center and airport.

Extremely thin walls. You can literally hear every singe thing that is happening in the whole building. Some rooms are normal (102, 202), some are too small (103, 203). Only 1 socket in the whole room.

Room was for smokers, I dont know if they have non-smoking room, but I was travelling with 7 year old kid (his age was in my reservation), so I believe if they had non-smoking room I would get one. The problem is everything stinks, I stayed there for one night and all my clothes that was in the room needs laundry, you just cannot get away from that smell.

We were a family of 9 people. The staff is very friendly, helpful, listens to feedback and is always looking to improve. The hotel clearly has a few things to improve, but you quickly forget about them thanks to the professionalism of the staff. Even if you don't speak the same language, communication was very easy. Süleyman and Mansour made us feel at home, they were always ready to help us and tried to find us the best prices for cabs or excursions. A friendship has developed between us. Location is top, about 5~7min walk to Markantalya. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay we had with you.

Everything was nice and tidy, very helpful reception, the location is close to mark Antalya, cozy beds, the hotel was almost brand new, very clean, 24 hours reception, and didn't charge extra for payment with visa card. All in all very recommended.

The hotel was lovely very clean and the staff were super friendly. The location was close to Mark antalya however it was on the back roads so didn't feel particularly safe in the evenings.
