We like this fantastic hotel regarding the location which was closed to all what we need like amazing beaches and shopping centers Mr Ali is a gentle person he helped us too much I recommend this hotel for families who are looking for simple and agreeable stay

The only negative point is the breakfast which was located in another hotel near marka hotel Breakfast is repeated the same type of food every day no changes at all so we didn’t like this was of dealing with important meal like breakfast I hope they will improve this issue

There were duvets available if you wanted a heavier blanket. The air con was fantastic, a godsend and you could alter the temperature easily with the remote control. There was shower gel and soap available. The shower/wet room was easy to use and clean towels were available and changed regularly, as was the bedding. Extra toilet paper was given when I asked for it. The staff were helpful and friendly. I booked a trip with them. Breakfast was across the road In another hotel, but that’s not an issue. You are given a ticket each day for this. Slippers given in the room are welcome because the floor does get sandy or dirty easily.

It did smell of smoke, even though a notice in the room says no smoking. I thought it strange that there was a notice saying this with an ashtray in the room. The noise from the mosque was annoying at around 5am, it was very loud. The beginning of our week was fine, but as more guests arrived, it became quite noisy, not much soundproofing. Breakfast would have been better if fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices were available. I don’t eat cheese or olives. The rest of breakfast was good. Because there was no balcony, outside space to hang washing, it proved difficult. There was a hanging rail in the bathroom, but that had our towels on.

The hotel was a couple of minutes away from NJ bus and tram stations. The old town was also walking distance as well, like 10-20 minutes depending if you have a child with you or not. You can easily access restaurants from there. If you need taxi for the airport, you can just ask the staff at the reception to call a taxi for you. A tip: don't pay more than 220 tl for the airport ride, tell them you paid 200 when coming to the hotel, Otherwise taxi might charge you more then that. Another tip: don't just eat at the very first location you see, explore something on your own as you can get meals with considerably less money. Also check if the restaurant is charging some kind of extra tax, because we were charged 15% of our meal. Another tip: explore stuff on your own, you might not cover much but it would be good, like old town. You can get boat ride in 150-200 tl person. Cable car is 5€. If you don't have enough time then you can book a city tour. It will cost you something between 30-40€.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel was an issue, imagine carrying multiple luggage bags to the 3rd floor and back when you checkout. Although the staff would help you or you can ask them to help. Don't buy drinks from the hotel if you want to save some money, you can buy cheaper at the super stores near the hotel. When booking the room just ask the room floor just to be sure.

I would like to highly recommend the Marka Hotel - it fully meet my requirements. Settled in the Old Town, near to the beach (paid - about 10 minutes from the hotel and the city one - about 30 minutes by walk). Clean room, air conditioner, comfortable bed, little fridge in the room. The personel really helpful, so if you have any questions, needs hairdryier or anything else do not hesitate to ask. Brekfast served in the nearby hotel - fresh and tasty - everyone will find something for him (also children and vegetarians)

Maybe a chair in the room could be helpful :)

Superb breakfast, great location in a centre. Hotel with lift, provided slippers. Clean room.

As we slept with window open, it was a bit noisy outside. AC had smoky smell, so we didn’t use it.

its situated in the main town and near the old town. transport access and access to shopping easy. staff was very good and pleasant and available all the time for help. they can speak english and able to communicate with them. good break fast. they were helpful to arrange trips and taxi

room was small for 4 people, but able to manage it. Didnt have hot water boiling facility at room so need to go down all the time to get hot water.

friendly reception clean though modest facilities . location cannot be beaten , next to tram stop and shopping mall Mark Antalya which is adorable . Also just few minutes from clock tower , kaleci .

rooms are not sound proof so u hear all from other rooms . Some guests are too loud or shouting late night or early morning which may make you sleepless . They do have a newly renovated sitting lounge with a TV which is good . Also a kitchen type room without any amenities . Few glasses , a new hot water kettle will be appreciated !

excellent location. very large spacious rooms. staff will do anything to help on request. We lost our phone in a taxi and they found it for us in under 30 minutes. amazing man!!! helps book excursions with included transfer. would definitely recommend you to book

as for me, the most important there is location, you are at downtown, and you have free and fast access. The price worths it

sometimes is twas difficult to explain to the staff some things, because of the language barrier ( they know english poorly )

Helpful and Nice friendly staff. Comfort bed and good breakfast. Hotel is located with easy access to shopping mall and shops, tram also to Konyaalti beach.
