The hotel's breakfast area was a delightful spot to start the day, offering a variety of delicious options in a clean and inviting environment. Our room was impeccably maintained, with no disturbances or noise, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Overall, I highly recommend Legend Tulip Hotel for its outstanding service, clean and comfortable rooms, and flexibility in accommodating guests' needs. It truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

I couldn't find the laundry machine to wash my clothes

everything was perfect. There is easy transportation to everywhere. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. I will go again, especially for breakfast.

I paid for my room twice. I was charged once on May 21, but when I arrived I was told that no one had received any payment. The conversation was in raised tones, no one wanted to even look at all the confirmations on my phone that I was charged. In the end I had to pay for the room again. Support service booking does not answer. The room is not bad, the outlet did not work, the refrigerator was, but it did not work. In the end, my issue has not been resolved, despite the fact that I have all the evidence that I paid for the room twice. This is the kind of service in Turkish
