I had balcony room and paid £32 night in March 2024. Clean New Hotel Very Central near Old Town Comfortable bed and clean linen. Helpful and accommodating management. I would recommend if you want 1-3 days stay and short walk to old town and shops this hotel could work for you and price of room is good value. 👍

I knew from past comments that breakfast was not going to be great but I did try it on my first day, sadly it it was not good. Instead of a limited buffet that does not look very appealing I think they should not bother with breakfast or offer: 1: Breakfast bag, yogurt, fruit and pastry. Or 2: A plated breakfast with eggs made how your would like them. This would work better for guests. 👍

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, despite the language barrier, they will work their hardest to help you with whatever you need and will use a translator on their phone. Every single member of reception staff and every cleaner and person in the kitchen were the most kindest helpful people ever. The hotel itself doesn't look like it's in a fancy area, but don't be put off, it is extremely local to everything you need including a shop and supermarket within 30 seconds walk, you can book all of your excursions at an extremely cheap price from there hassle free, and you are a short walk to the big mall and local old town full of shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms were incredibly clean and cleaned very often, great air con , a very good shower, comfy bed, good size fridge always filled with water and fantastic balconies. There is also a huge market outside on a Friday which has amazing fruit, nuts, spices, vegtables and even clothes and bags. This place is such fantastic value for money and we would definitely come back. A special shout out to Suliman on reception who was so helpful and friendly :)

There is very little that we can say that we didn't like, we only have small feedback on the breakfast, what they provide is very nice but it's a very small selection and the chips put out are very cold , but this is a minor issue and its included In the price plus you can purchase extra plates of cooked food at a very cheap price so you can't really complain!

It was my first time in Turkey and wanted to get the feel of the culture and its people. My first stop was Antalya and stayed at Zenia, the reception Suleyman Bey (i hope i got the name right), he was soo nice, helpful, friendly and very kind. The lady who cleans and serves breakfast was also very sweet. As far as the staff they are excellent ! The breakfast was great and very healthy.. i only wish they had Simit. The area is very close to Markantalya, ~to minute walk. The neighborhood store staff , kitty corner form the hotel was also very friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh. Balcony is great. I truly enjoyed my stay at Zenia. They made my first time visit to Turkey a very wonderful experience. Cok sagol Zenia hotel. Cok guzel! I will see you next time.

Pros (not in any particular orde): - Staff were very good. - Tea was free. Hot chocolate wasn't free, but they didn't say anything when we took some. When we realised that it might not be free we asked at reception, and cleared our accrued bill. They probably would have let it slide - but we have a conscience. - Breakfast was good - we enjoyed it (and you could request fried egg instead of boiled if you wanted) - Nice and peacful - Location is good with it being close to the city centre, and not too far from the bay (at least not for us). - We actually walked to the beach too, but probably will wait till the afternnoon next time. The beach further away from the city centre (not Mermerli). The beach had pebbles, so slippers are a good idea. - Family friendly. - No alcohol, and all halal food. - 24 hour reception cover. - Hotel is new and clean. Probably still learning, so I hope giving them a good score will ensure that they try to maintain (or improve) high levels of satisfaction. Cons: - Fridge door didn't fully open in one of our rooms. Perhaps change the hooks/hinges on the door so that it opens on the other side?

Not applicable. All was good, but one thing that I would change is the fridge door in one of our rooms needed to be changed so that it opend from the other side.

Breakfast very basic.Although adequate.

Location is good, about 300m from Muratpaşa tram station. Hotel has a lift. Reception is friendly. Room is basic and clean, & bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple Turkish stuff, from 0800 to 1100hr. Free tea at the lobby anytime of day. 2 small bottles of mineral water provided daily. Air con is strong, good for summer. I can leave my luggage after check-out to explore the city. Note every Fri, the street below will be converted to a market selling fruits, veggies, nuts.

There are only 2 power sockets in the room, 1 for TV and 1 for the kettle. I have to switch between using the kettle and charging my phones.

Very friendly staff, great location - close to the center, but a bit away from the crowds. Free tea all day long. Spotlessly clean! Very comfy beds. It's a 3-star hotel, so don't expect luxuries, but the rooms and bathrooms are renovated, breakfast is decent, though lacking in variety, but again - it's not a luxurious hotel.

For this price, everything was good! There was a bit of a problem with our key card, but it was sorted by a nice man at the reception.

Lovely stylish design hotel in the city centre, literally a 2-3 min walk from the tram that goes to/from the Airport, very convenient. The quiet central street right across the mosque, 2 min from Mark Antalya shopping centre. Very clean, very nice. The reception staff was extremely positive and helpful, gave me extra breakfast when I arrived early and checked me in earlier. Good aircon, a nice balcony, a nice bathroom with a shower, and good wifi in rooms. Breakfasts are small, the first cup of coffee is free, and some vegetables and snacks are included, but you have to order and pay for hot food (omelettes, toasts, etc), but I only have coffee in the morning anyway, so it was not an issue for me. There is an elevator to access high floors, very useful when you have luggage. Highly recommended!

The balcony door does not have a key to close it when you are out, so it confused me. There was no cleaning service for three days, but I only stayed 3 days, so maybe that was the reason. Apart from that, all was perfect

Very clean and stylish hotel. Breakfast is lovely and perfect holiday coming back to this hotel after each day out.

Maybe a kettle in the room and an extra bin under table.
