Room was spacious. Jaccuzi working well 3 miutes wallking to Mark Antalya Mall AVM and 10 minutes to Kaleici. Ms. NOUR at reception was very helpful

The hotel should work urgently on sound isolation between the rooms because it is Zeroooo. You can hear the voices of the rooms next to you and even rooms under clearly as if they are sitting with you

It was great to stay at this hotel, very nice staff, always helps to solve problems. The location of the hotel is also very good, in the center of Antalya, everything is within walking distance

The room was a little dirty when we checked in, the shower smelled a lot of sewage, and the walls were very thin, even the phone conversation was heard by the neighbors, we stayed there for 4 days, all the neighbors were noisy and we did not manage to sleep properly at night. The washing machine was also not in working condition, when we wanted to fill the jacuzzi, the hot water ran out quickly, while the water in the Ariston was heating, the water in the bathroom cooled down, as a result, we couldn't lie down in the jacuzzi either

Everything was perfect. It’s some of the most friendly staffs I’ve ever meet, always smiling and ready to help ~ one of them even cooked food for me one night without asking. The location is great too. It’s close to the shopping street, a lot of restaurants, the marina, old town, bazar etc. All these things you can reach by walking. The room itself was also great. Sure you can see it isn’t a 5-star hotel but nothing was missing. There is a duvet instead of only blankets and the bed wasn’t hard, which I really appreciated. As a bonus for animal lovers, the hotel has a cat who enjoys to talk ~ it’s great when you’re missing the little ones at home.

Not very clean, Jacuzzi was unusable bcz it was not clean and in each attempt to clean it it just keep on getting dirty by stuck particles, i think the filter needs replacement.

The location was central to buses, tram, high street, malls, and many other important landmark. The staffs were very friendly. They did suggest good places to visit, they were happy to hold our luggage, so that we could roam around and take them later. One of the rooms had a jacuzzi, which was an extra good thing. The price was really good for the facilities.

First day, the wifi was not working, so, we had to use the limited data with our SIM provider. But, that is negligible in comparison to all good things. I would just like to be honest, so I put it here.

A cozy room in a great central location with everything we needed. Kitchen, stove, kitchenware, a table, washing machine and a fridge. Nice and professional staff, good AC, relatively comfortable beds, clean sheets, good shower and a clean toilet.

Nothing major but a dish drainer or a dish rack is needed to put the washed dishes to dry.

The room was beautiful. The location was convenient.

The front desk person at check-in was extremely rude. We stayed for one night and he was not friendly or welcoming. We asked to use the laundry service and he refused. The lack of customer service and feeling like we were an inconvenience truly gave us a negative feeling about our stay.

The room was clean, close to the center and public transport (in case you need to go to the airoport). I appreciated in a particular way that we could let our luggages at the reception (we arrived in the morning, and the checkin was at 2 -3 pm). The reception person was very polite and ready to hepl when we asked where we can print some documents.

We had a room with jacuzzi. It took quite long to fill it with water and it started leaking a bit. The quntity of water wasn't significant. We collected with a towel.

Nice location. Feel like local. Near to restaurants and supermarkets and good value for money. You got everything you need with such a price! Recommended for short stays. Lift is there too for those needing accessibility.

Could be better with sound proofing
