The location was perfect, within walking distance of the popular tourist attractions (e.g. Marina, Old town bazaar, Hadrians etc). Lots of places to eat at your doorstep. The reception staff, Hafize, Yusuf & Serdar were very friendly & helpful. They provided us info. On tours and booked them for us with pick up & drop off from the hotel. The rooms were air conditioned and beds comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room and hotel provided bottles of water everyday. Would book again if I visit Antalya again.

The bathroom overall was clean but the shower doors could have done with a better clean to get rid of the water marks.

I had a perfect stay at Ring Downtown Hotel. The front desk staff were outstanding — Seidor and Hafidha were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room spotless every day. The restaurant supervisor was also wonderful — the food was great and the service even better. Everything was truly perfect, and I’m very happy with my stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff is very friendly, and Faik at the reception was extremely helpful with everything we needed. His assistance made our vacation much more enjoyable. I originally planned to stay at the hotel for five days, but I ended up staying for three weeks.

The breakfast selection is very limited. Fried eggs or scrambled eggs are almost never available—throughout my stay, they were served only once. The soup is sometimes spoiled, and while there seems to be a lot of food on display, in reality, there’s very little worth eating. Additionally, for a four-star hotel, they could have provided a proper coffee machine, as the coffee is barely worth a rating of 3 out of 10.

I checked in at the hotel in the evening. It was a bit busy, but the reception staff handled everything very well, and I was able to get to my room without waiting too long. Later, I went back to the lobby to ask how to get to the old city. Despite the crowd, one of the staff members gave me clear directions with a smile. I found out his name was Yusuf very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Yusuf!

The location of the hotel is ideal, 15 minutes walk from Kaleiçi and its restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean. A special thank you and thumb up for Ali at the reception, who is very friendly and kind and always happy to help to give good tips or make your stay more enjoyable.

There was no conforter…☹️ just coton blankets which were too short for the bed so I got cold at night. The breakfast at the restaurant was not my taste since there was no choice for sweet breakfast.

I really liked the location – it was very nice and convenient. The staff were also great, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The overall cleaning quality could have been better, but it was just minor things, nothing major. What I really didn’t like was the quality of the doors — both the main room door and the bathroom door made loud noises when opening or closing, which was disturbing, especially at night while my kids were sleeping.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Antalya. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—special thanks to Serder for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions.

Everything was good

The service provided by Mohammed at the reception was very good. I checked in and out with him, and he also helped me solve the network problem. The hotel is in a very good location and there are also delicious food nearby.

There is no scenery outside the window. The breakfast is a bit ordinary and I have diarrhea.

Nice rooms, was able to check in late, easy to find when arriving with a tram from an airport to Muratpasa stop - just go straight the main road and turn left once. They also have a Spa, few saunas

The pillows seemed to be quite thick, which elevates the head into uncomfortable position, but the was one extra normal pillow, so I used that. Also, don't expect a nice view throught the window as the window faced another building, but that didn't make much difference
