The staff is very friendly, and Faik at the reception was extremely helpful with everything we needed. His assistance made our vacation much more enjoyable. I originally planned to stay at the hotel for five days, but I ended up staying for three weeks.

The breakfast selection is very limited. Fried eggs or scrambled eggs are almost never available—throughout my stay, they were served only once. The soup is sometimes spoiled, and while there seems to be a lot of food on display, in reality, there’s very little worth eating. Additionally, for a four-star hotel, they could have provided a proper coffee machine, as the coffee is barely worth a rating of 3 out of 10.

I really liked the location – it was very nice and convenient. The staff were also great, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The overall cleaning quality could have been better, but it was just minor things, nothing major. What I really didn’t like was the quality of the doors — both the main room door and the bathroom door made loud noises when opening or closing, which was disturbing, especially at night while my kids were sleeping.

Nice rooms, was able to check in late, easy to find when arriving with a tram from an airport to Muratpasa stop - just go straight the main road and turn left once. They also have a Spa, few saunas

The pillows seemed to be quite thick, which elevates the head into uncomfortable position, but the was one extra normal pillow, so I used that. Also, don't expect a nice view throught the window as the window faced another building, but that didn't make much difference

Great front desk and restaurant staff especially Faik and Burhan. Great breakfast, excellent room, good location

Totally uninterested staff at SPA, we were told that sauna and Turkish bath are included in price but staff was more than unveiling to provide that service, they even gave us used towels. We went to a steam bath, the sauna was broken (so we were told) and left to the room, a very shameful experience as a guest of a really nice hotel

Ring Downtown is a standard room and excellent breakfast kind of hotel for an even better price. You won't write home about the amenities or gorgeous room but for the price and what you get it's a gem. Would stay there again.

The WiFi was spotty and the bathroom could probably have some minor work done. Otherwise honestly no complaints.

If you are staying at a hotel in Antalya, I think the most important thing to consider is air conditioning. It is very difficult to do without air conditioning, and the air conditioning in our room was working efficiently. We were very pleased. This is an option for us in the summer. Thanks to Mr. Mahmut, who made us feel comfortable with his smiling face and warmth.

The service provided from the moment you first enter the hotel is really sincere and genuine. The hotel is generally clean, the rooms are very spacious, the toiletries, towels and snack products are very nice and plenty, which is a nice feature. The breakfast is quite sufficient and has a rich menu. You can choose it with peace of mind, thank you to Mr. Mahmut for his help.

l was very pleased with the hotel. Mr. Can and all the staff are caring , friendly, attentive, the breakfast very good. This a hotel l will choose again when l come to Antalya again. l will recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much again.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mahmut, who took care of us. I have never seen such an open-communication, energetic staff who gives even the smallest details to his customers without skipping and who works to satisfy each and every customer without skipping a beat. The hotel is perfect in terms of location, staff and hygiene.

I had the best time ever at this hotel. The location was perfect and the breakfast was really good with lots of food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and a special thank you to Eylem. She was so helpful, super friendly and one of the nicest receptionist ever. She made sure everything for me and my family was perfect and always went above and beyond for us. She was super helpful and helped us with so many places to visit and always made sure we had everything we need. Eylem made the stay amazing and made my time at the hotel so perfect. I already miss the hotel so much and will definitely stay at this hotel when I come back to Antalya. Also wanted to say thank you to Ugur who was really friendly and helpful. He also made sure we felt comfortable and would always bring whatever we needed. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I cannot wait to come back.
