The property is new and neatly done. The staff is helpful. Worth the money we paid as it was the cheapest of my stay in turkey. Good breakfast and good staff.

Cleanliness. The property is very untidy. I could find hairs everywhere. Bathtub bed sheets bathrooms from previous guests. The kettle had water from god knows how long and had fungus in them. The water cups were so dusty like no one ever visited these rooms. My advice is to please clean rooms well. The hotel otherwise is really good. But I knew I have paid very little for this room and decided to adjust as it was just one night.

The location is good, it was walkable to Old Town and the harbour. the breakfast was nice and meet expectations, although not that much choice it was still decent. the staff were lovely and helpful. for the price we paid i would recommend and would stay again

only downside was the room service. Although our beds were made, the room was not hoovered which left the floor looking messy especially with girls since our hair was all over the floor after getting ready, as well as crumbs from food.

Really hospitality staff who cares about you and try to help with everything (thank you so much!). New furniture, new and good working bathroom equipment, High quality bed clothes, A very good mattress, Good cleaning. Awesome breakfast (a lot of different baked and fresh vegetables, eggs, cheese, bread and soup!), A very comfortable restaurant where breakfast are served, many tables have socket near them, comfortable chairs and armchairs. Excellent location, you can have a walk to all Antalya’s main points of interest.

Audibility within a room :((. I heard everything that happened in the neighbor’s bathroom because of room’s construction, every movement and sound of my neighbors. It’s really scaring when you wake up because someone makes a loudly toilet flash in the middle of your room :((. Internet didn’t work in my room. It was very inconvenient, I had to spend several hours in Lobby.

Excellent staff. Clean. Great location. Good breakfast; the soup was very much appreciated 😀 Very pleasent stay for me and my family. Many thanks to the helpful and caring hotel crew that made it possible. (Arzu, Leyli & Majnoon saying hi to you and your colleagus 😉)

We missed warm water for showering in the morning and it was because of solar powered system I suppose. But it was ok anyway

The hotel is good, clean, great staff. The location is central and safe even if the neighborhood may be a little scary at first. A lot of places to eat around, the Mark Antalya mall and the tram station for airport is at a 7 minutes walk.

The room door could be improved, there is a lot of space between the door and the wall and you can see the light on the hallway. Walls are a little thin and you can hear in the next room. The elevator is a little bit slow. But overall, it is a perfect stay for the money paid.

I had, once again, a lovely stay at Diamond Luxury Hotel for a second time (I had been 10 nights in Dec2023). The hotel Manager, Mr Mehmet, is such a pleasant, courteous and helpful person with whom I have had a few hilarious conversations. I feel to mention that on my 2023 visit, Mr Mehmet came out of the hotel to look for me and my wife as he was worried we had got lost when we went to Migros, the local big supermarket, after our slightly late check in!!!. Mr Emre, Ms Nazli at the reception have been so very nice and pleasant as well. The bell boys Yusuf and Huseyn always ready to help as well. The staff all are ABSOLUTE DIAMONDS !!! The breakfast was abundant with both local and continental choices. Decent dispensing coffee/s & juices machines.. The location is FANTASTIC!!! 8-9minutes walk to the lively MarkAntalya Shopping Centre going on the left and 9-10minutes to reach the fabulous Old Town going on the right. Local transport nearby. Taxis are available at all times. A lovely local restaurant (yummy homemade food) run by the super lovely Ms Ezo and Ms Neslihan just outside on the left. Mr Mehmet would also book tours if you request it. I have been to Hierapolis, Pamukkale, Duden Waterfalls and Boat trip. Next time I plan to go to Aspendos, Perge and Cappadocia. I highly recommend the stay at Diamond Luxury Hotel

The bad reviews left by minority of customers before booking it on Dec2023. 1) Some complained about the breakfast selection which I assume they are perhaps like one I noticed in this stay that gets every single thing available and then leaving half of it for waste :-( I personally put on the plate what I KNOW I am going to eat, please see pictures. PS: some 2023 some 2025 trips :-) 2) Despite the INCREDIBLE good deal of roughly GBP193 (Euro 221.55) for 7 NIGHTS (£27GBP/Euro30 per night) with BREAKFAST IN|CLUDED some people still had complained which it is something I honestly cannot comprehend myself being a hotel classified just as a 3 stars !!!! and it has got some rooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs!!!!

Staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly, also helpful. Our rooms was spacious enough. Cleaning staff made our room very organised and look great again on our return at the end of the day. Great location, but relatively quiet over the night. Breakfast was great, had good selection and felt fresh on both our days. WiFi was strong enough to check emails, Facebook messages etc. we didn't go to Turkey to be online all the time so appreciate that it was free and strong enough to use when needed.

Unfortunately our mattress was not even, therefore felt very uncomfortable, not sure if I could have survived another night on it with my bad back.

When i booked this hotel i had some doubts regarding the high positive feedback. I honestly stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and i loved it not only location was excellent itwas cleaned and the staff were great and always there to help so thank you everyone specially mehmet top man

Excellent location with few minutes walk to the seaside & the beautiful old street shops. 15-20 min drive to the Airport. Hotel staff arranged cab to & fro, for which I paid by card/cash. Very friendly & helpful staff. Hotel is not very big or spacious but nice & clean with daily housekeeping facilities. Breakfast buffet was great, though I had to leave early for trips most of the days & thereby missed it. All in all I had a very good experience. Big value for the affordable price.
