Good location between the beach and old town. Everything was easily accessible by walking. Breakfast was good with different options everyday and hot options were actually hot/warm most of the time unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at in the area. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Free good quality Wi-Fi.

Air conditioning was quite weak in the room and would take ages to cool the room down. Some parts of the room looked a bit rough and could do with updating or refurbishing such as furniture having scuffs and damages on the corners, bathroom had holes in the wall that had been covered up and filled in but very clearly visible.

Hotel is situated near the Old town. Very good location, tasty breakfast and comfortable bed. Wifi worked good. I recommend.

At first we considered to spend one week in the hotel, but after several days there we stayed for another week. We generally liked everything about the place: - awesome kind and caring staff (they really took care of us, without any exaggeration). The ladies at the canteen, the maids, the reception - all were polite, very helpful and kind. We would like to thank every member of the team 🤗 - our room was good and comfortable, with everything one needs during vocation; - the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and linens every day; - really hearty and tasty breakfasts, good chose of food every morning; - good location, 10 minutes walk to the Old City, 5 minutes to the tram stop, many small shops and nice places around. Next time in Antalya we’ll stay at Ayhan Hotel, for sure.

Have been 3 times to this hotel will definately return without a doupt the customer service and hospitality is better than any 5 star hotel.

the sauna and turkish bath facilities were closed due to refurbishment.

The location is excellent only 5 minutes walk from the old bazaar and sea front.

The rooms were a little dusty especially the floors and the WI-FI wasn’t great, but you don’t come on holiday for Wi-Fi.

From arrival I felt so welcomed by the staff. Then throughout my stay I was attended to every need I needed. The staff out of their own kindness every night helped me with warming the baby milk. It is an excellent location within walking distance to the main antalya town square. Honestly the hotel experience was so great with the kindness and help of All the hotel staff. The triple room was very large and bathroom was perfect for my family.

The room was clean, personnel very friendly and helpful.

The fridge in the room only works when someone is in the room. Nobody informed us about it. This is very inconvenient for a longer stay as we wanted to buy some fruit, ice cream, etc. We got some ice cream and put it in the fridge for eating later, but when we came back from the beach, we found it melted. That's how we learned that the fridge doesn't work when the guests are out of the room.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing. The quality of the food wasn’t great.

Amazing service, so friendly. I made friends with Arda, Volkan, and the girl who helped with the breakfast buffet. Clean rooms every day. Every day I asked for something (e.g.. restaurants, clubs etc. etc). Each time they provided me with an answer that exceeded my expectations. I looked forward to talking to them again, great people. Rooms are quiet, beds were comfortable. The large beach is 10 minutes away by taxi. The location is good, it`s basically in the city center. Nice kiosk around the hotel as well. Amazing view each morning while eating breakfast

The breakfast could have been a bit better, the breads were a bit old and the food selection was not the best. It's not a big deal since I do not eat much breakfast anyways.

The location of the hotel is very good. In the central area, 10 min walk from Ismetpasha, easy to approach from the airport and on the way to Kemer. Bus stop is just in front of hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff Bushra and Sevim were very kind and helpful. The eating area is at the roof with sea and city view. We enjoyed our stay.
