Very nice and modern rooms and facilities

The bathroom was not properly clean when I entered the room. There was hair on the side of the sink and the sink was a little bit dirty. The shower head was not clean, and the toilet flush button had fingerprints on it. I told the reception about it. After another swipe from the cleaning staff, it was still not properly clean. So I had to clean them myself. The carpets on the floors were all dirty and stained.

ISMAIL ( RECEPTIONIST ) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HE GAVE ALL THE HELPFUL TIPS A TOURIST NEEDS WHILE VISITING THE CITY FOR THE FIRST TIME. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE WITHOUT ASKING. HE EVEN GAVE THE ALTERNATIVE SUGGESTIONS WITH BEST OPTIONS FOR TRAVEL,MODE, ROUTES , ETC TO SEE TOURISTY PLACES.

IT WAS TOO QUIET IN THE HOTEL, NO BUZZ OF STAFF, NO ONE TO BE SEEN

When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

The location is perfect a 10 minute walk from the old city which saves it from the hustle-bustle. The staff is friendly and approachable. Breakfast is also good. For the price and the location this is a great hotel.

WiFi on my floor wasn't connecting well. The kettle and iron weren't in the best shape. The fixtures in the bathroom also needed some upkeep.

Excellent hospitality from the General Manager and all the staff. Hotel rooms are all modern as shown in the photos. Great breakfast buffet and caters for vegetarians. Hotel is close to all local amenities. The manager/team supported with all my enquiries and ensured I had a great stay. Highly recommended.

The location is great, about 10 min to the old town area, which is nice and cosy It's quite outside so sleeping goes well The design of the room is great, the room was clean, modern and stylish. Powered hairdryer, comfortable chair, teapot. Strong water pressure in the shower. The lobby area also nice with tv where we watched the football match

The breakfast could be better: the juice was disgusting, tiny cups for tea, water in plastic glasses like in the airport, the omelet was untasted as well as bakery There was no mosquito net in the windows No view

Very warm and friendly staff. The location was perfect - close to Old Town, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The breakfast buffet had great options each morning, and the turkish tea was the best I've had in Antalya. I felt safe and would recommend this hotel for solo traveling.

The manager went out of his way to accommodate our dietary requirements. I would have given a 10, but the other staff were not so helpful and found it easier just to say "No" to everything with no smile!!

Very good location for shops and beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location, could sit on the balcony in peace.

The WiFi was intermittent and the connection was poor on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was okay, a bit repetitive.
