Everything starting from the receptionists who were friendly and upgraded our room without extra fees.Housekeepers were so professional and clean our room everyday Perfect location and close to bus station and old town Fresh food for breakfast everyday

The hotel was in a very good location. It was in the city centre close to the shops. Breakfast had a large variety of foods. The spa, sauna and Hamam were very good. The masseuse did a brilliant massage.

As the hotel is on a main road, you can hear the busy traffic/noise from the hotel room.

The location was very nice.

I have witnessed two ladies staff fighting in loud voice in the reception for two consecutive days which was really annoying. The breakfast hours are not real. They serve late and remove it earlier. They don’t fill what is finished. The coffee was poor and the breakfast options were modest.

The building and the facilities were outdated and needs replacing eg,the air conditioning and plumbing.

Kind and helpful staff (especially the guy who was working the afternoons and the evenings). In my first room wi-fi was not working, he has changed my room immediately. However both rooms were cozy. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Good to have sauna and Turkish bath to enjoy after full days of visits. The hotel is in a street with different shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes walk from the touristic main spot of the city center.

Nothing particular. The first room with bad wi-fi, but they changed it for me, so no complaints. Maybe some tours offered in the hotel are just bit more expensive than other agencies.

Location is very good, it is in the city center, near the old town, near the sea.. Breakfast is good.. Rooms and beds are comfortable and very suitable for sleeping..

The price is affordable. The location of the hotel is great - close to the center and to this. Breakfast is included and is excellent with a great variety. Stuff is nice and makes an effort. The massages are great and affordable. When we were leaving early, the manager exchanged our money and when he found out that the arranged taxi didn't come, he called another one very quickly

The hotel has weak and strong sides but the overall rating is 5 stars. In Antalya it is generally true that hotels have 1 star less than stated. 4 stars are three stars in Antalya - in every hotel. Unfortunately we found out only there. The hotel room was much smaller than it visually looks on the photos. There was no safe. The furnishings were modest, the shower was not clean, there was little storage space.

Staff were very helpful and respectful. I would particularly like to mention sedu who helped me obtaining a local number so quickly.

Internet was a little bit shaky
