The place was great. Looked clean, had good wifi and had new furnishings and well maintained common areas and rooms. Reception staff was very polite and helpful with any issues we had. Breakfast was pretty good and they made coffee to order. They held our bags for us past checkout and called us a cab to the airport after. So far just great, the best hotel experience I've had in turkey by far.

They had the audacity to give themselves a 10/10 rating here on my behalf without ever telling me. The guy at the reception (who I did not interact with before up until that moment) asked to see the booking.com application to resolve some issue with the confirmation or application or something like that. I pulled it and passed my phone to him and he gave it back after a few minutes. I realized much later that he helpfully went ahead and gave the property a 10/10 on my behalf. I thought the place was great personally and I have no complaints but this is not something I condone or respect. I probably wouldve given them a glowing recommendation anyway if not for this. I wonder how many of the other ratings are a true reflection of the people who went there.

Best Staff ever! Elif and Yusef helped a lot with everything that we needed to make our stay smooth. Breakfast has good variety and fresh food.

Cheapest bedroom doesn't have windows ( as in the hotel description) and that wouldn't be a problem if the air conditioning worked. They turned off during winter and kept only the heat on. It's impossible to sleep in the bedroom.

Friendly staff, included parking space, location near old town and shopping areas (5-15 minutes walking distance), 20 minutes by car from airport, basic breakfast included. Check out at 12 noon, which is great.

The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The toilet seat, sink, etc had „usage marks“ and everything appeared a bit worn down (for example the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall etc). The Tv only has Turkish channels. There are very small rooms with tiny double beds, so make sure you book a larger room and maby go for 2 separate beds.

Great central location and the quality of the hotel. The personnel is amasing. Also, if you will be calling for a taxi, make sure that you ask the reception to do it, as they will ensure you won't overpay as they are working directly with the taxi company. The sauna and hammam are available free of charge, but have to be booked about 45 minutes upfront, which was not a problem at all.

The walls and doors are not very soundproof. It is not bad, but you definitely will hear the noise if you will be unlucky to get noisy neighbors. Again, it is not bad, just something to keep in mind, and to be fair, it is a good soundproofing comparing to the majority of other hotels in Turkey.

I should mention the personnel working on the hotel - super helpfull, trying to manage all the request! Very, very nice impression! Rooms are good, no safe/strongbox there - thats something nice to be fixed great location - 5 min walk to old town, 5 min walk to good turkish hamam and main city-streets

Breakfast - its poor. hotel was almost full, so the low season is not the case, but the food quality / quantity / difference could be much better - thats the feedback of our group of 4. Internal spa. Some of us visited local hamam for 10euro, ladies have booked spa program in the hotel spa for 100 euro. they said its the money waist - it was cold, that was a disaster.

Cosy middle class hotel with very friendly staff and good breakfast included. I may even give it the best marks but one big problem prevents me from doing so: guys, two beds put together is NOT a "very big bed". Gap between 2 mattresses kills all the joy and purpose of a big bed, if you get what I am saying.

We stayed there on our way in and back. First time it was a standard room with one big bed and on the second stay I chose a better room with a "very big bed" which was a mistake. Standard room one was much more comfortable..

Location, cleanliness plus readiness and availability of staff

Well… the hotel has rooms on the -1 level, meaning, no windows… so if you are ok with that, great, if not, then you need to either check availability on another floor or avoid it altogether.

Design is really good, also it is clean. All appliances work good, bathroom is clean, smells good and all good. Breakfast is not very different, but everything is tasty. Staff is friendly. They helped me with my luggage and stored it till the evening after check out before I left to the airport. Bed and pillows are very good.

All economy class rooms are on the underground floors. Them have no windows. And there are absolutely no ventilation there. They put some device to cool the air, but it doesn’t help, because it is no air. I couldn’t sleep in the room. Finally I opened the door of the room and slept like this. I strongly don’t recommend to book economy class rooms without window. Only higher class rooms with windows are ok.

We have stayed in many hotels in many parts of the world some good ,some not so good ,but none of them have even approached the Mai Inci .It is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in .Apart from the excellent facilities and location the staff are outstandingly welcoming and helpfull a patrtucular mention to Erme, Berfin ,Eray and Mrag but all of the staff were excellent .As the hotel is a family run operation is possibly why it is so brilliant . On the two occasins we have stayed at the hotel we have had minor problems (one with car hire the other a minor health problemw)hich are difficult to resolve one does not speak the language. On both occasions the staff at the hotel have be excepctionally helpfull and concerned for our welfare. We cannot recomend this hotel too highly . Mike and Elspeth Stanway

Friendly Staff who are very attentive, nice rooms which are comfortable and very clean, good location 5 mins from the old town, great free spa facilities. free water and turkish coffee whenever we asked which was a bonus!

The original room we were given didnt have a window and was quite hot so we uprgraded for 8 euros a night. Air conditioning didn't make the room cold, only ventilated. If you are bringing a car, the free on-road parking nearby wasn't very safe for the car, we were quite worried about it getting damaged. Also it is quite awkward to get through the city from the hotel with very narrow lanes. But it is possible, and the staff were very helpful whenever we encountered an issue.
