Very comfortable, modern, clean, city center location, has many things provided as part of the stay e.g towels, toiletries, water and coffee on the vanity,usage of spa. Excellent air conditioning, the gentleman who did the Night Shift saved us as we had an issue with our final flight, he quickly resolved this for us. There are good local restaurants nearby which are fairly priced too. Gas station opposite the hotel with a small store for any required purchases. Mini fridge included in the room too which is quite handy. Breakfast is very good, has a good range, spa is fantastic as is hammam, included in cost but you do pay for massage. Rooms are excellent for the price. Will certainly be back again, thank you :)

Handy location, with good public transport nearby. 20min walk to Mark Antalya shopping mall, where you’d find a wealth of services from fashion to food, transport links to many other area. I loved the fact of having a drinks machine at the hotel:

Price agreed on booking.com was not the price I paid, also payment was taken on arrival, so I was locked it to staying there duration of my time in Antalya: Breakfast became so boring as my 8 breakfasts were the same!! Eggs, eggs n more eggs: Salami ….cheeses n olives… no European breakfast eg cereals; toast or toaster, You could only use the pool if you bought a swimming cap! (Didn’t see any men wearing them)

The was very helpful and kind the day receptionist ASUMAN and nights receptionist didn't get his name they Great 💯 to them And the breakfast was fantastic and specially the guy ESER he's rock very kind he even gave my little one a gift Turkish tea aw man so gentle man thanks for whole team for having us BIG Thanks

There is nothing to dislike

staff in the reception were very active to support & hotel very clean with decent breakfast and LED sign on door was useful

some staff in the reception were not able to understand English & rude for example replacing room trash bin not working took 3 days

Everything was so good. The staff was excellent. They help you with everything. Even if you call late at night for a towel or a blanket they always arrange it for you. All the activities we booked at the hotel were good. The picked us up and everything was included. I want to thank every staff member for giving us a unforgettable trip

The receptionist Mrs.Asuman was helpful and kind and all of the staff were kind and smiley. Very efficient staff keeping a well maintained clean hotel for their visitors.

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable the staff were very helpful too. Asuma the receptionist was lovely very helpful and polite.

The location wasn’t great and not really much of bar area there.

We liked everything about this hotel. Everywhere was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly especially Eser! He made sure we had everything we need and recommended the best place to eat out. Breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from! Definitely will be coming back!

The room we got was very spacious. The breakfast was ok , same everyday but that's expected. The young man in the dining area was very nice and polite and helpful. The staff at the reception especially the lady was well spoken and understood english and was helpful advising of local attractions, shopping malls etc.

The hotel has only 1 lift for its residents which can be upsetting at busy periods like at breakfast time. The hotel is located near a busy road so can be difficult to cross at times.
