Good selection of food at breakfast, ate food from the menu in my room which was OK. The staff cannot be praised enough for their kindness & hospitality.

I have stayed four times this year, each time requesting a late check-out. I was never charged the same price? The cost ranged from £50 to £95. When I asked why, I was told the price changed from time of season and availability. I'm not too sure this is the case, and as a regular guest I would have thought there would have been a little discount on the last payment of £95 for 9 hours?

This is an excellent place to stay and I absolutely recommend it, especially for the price. 1. The staff: Super friendly, always very transparent about pricing, always there to help you out (24/7!) 2. The room: Very beautiful rooms, although you should note that the normal suites are on the ground floor due to the way the building is designed. I had the chance to upgrade for a very cheap price and got my own jacuzzi and balcony - amazing! Also very clean. 3. The amenities: the pool is gigantic and absolutely amazing. The gym (important to me) has everything you need (multiple cable machines, leg press and dumbbells). Lots of spa treatment stuff and a sauna. The hotel has a partnered beach club (Haylaz) where they shuttle you to (for free), and it's great there, amazing and friendly staff, affordable food and drinks. Beach chairs are for free, beach beds cost extra. 4. The food: Breakfast is a highlight, with many different local specialities, and even if you're a vegetarian you'll have plenty to choose from. The 24/7 room service food is good and not overpriced for a hotel.

The only thing I could really criticize are the TVs - they don't seem to have a Miracast (or similar) option to connect your device wirelessly, and they are embedded into a frame so you can't access the HDMI to plug your laptop in with a cable. That meant that I basically never used the TV and watched everything on my laptop. Note that the hotel does not have direct beach access (but they do have shuttles). Tip: If you're the hiking type, you can go straight through the compound in the south and be at the beach within 15-20 minutes of walking (not sure if that's allowed, but no one ever bothered me).

Everything was fine! But the guy of room service has really bothered us. He was knocking on our door every early morning. The first time I heard him, I went to open the door to see him asking me if we needed water! So I took the two small bottles of water from him! The second time, while we were asleep, he came inside the room to see us in our bed and ask if we'd need some water! That guy really made us angry! How could this happen? Otherwise, the hotel is good!

The food did not meet up my expectations please stop the tasteless and sugary juice it's horrible 😫 break fast was not bad but can do better then we had diner once because was not really nice

The jacuzzi room was great! the interior designs made our stay even more homey. We specifically, after swimming, enjoyed the sauna and massage--so relaxing.The hotel is one hour from the city center but there are a lot of buses so no need to worry

The floor on the balcony was not obviously cleaned. It was a bit dusty. We called for housekeeping but they just folded the towels and made the bed. The floor was not vaccumed, one can see the corners covered with dusts and hairs on the floor 🙈🙈. Also we saw someone of the housekeeping staff smoking inside the laundry/stock room and we can smell it on the stairs going up to our room-- not good! She should have went ouside.

Room services are chargable, even for simple plates, which they didn't leave for the next days.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, really spacious and the bed was SO comfortable, lovely having the pool and loungers just outside. The shower was also beautiful.

The location was a bit far from old and new town so you need a taxi to get everywhere. The food also at breakfast could be a lot better, was a quite flavourless.

I travelled with my 1-year-old baby and really appreciated how spacious the room and balcony were — perfect for him to move around safely, especially during the hot afternoons when we stayed indoors. The bathroom amenities were great, and the staff, including the cleaning team, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a lovely time relaxing during the day and enjoyed exploring the city in the evenings.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet or the food overall — it didn’t quite meet my expectations. In terms of location, the hotel is a bit tucked away, so getting to the nearest bazaar or central spots usually required a taxi or a bus ride.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Great facilities and exceptionally high standard of accommodation and cleanliness. The shuttle to the beach is quick and convenient.

The hotel restaurant is not great: overpriced and sub-standard food. And there are not many other options locally as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We walked to the nearest shops and restaurants and were surprised how run down the area is just outside the hotel. The person who seemed to be in charge of reception was surly and unhelpful, which surprised us considering he is the front line and face of the hotel.

The environment was brilliant. The price was very good. Staff is very polite and professional. The room was maintained every day breakfast is very good. I had very good time there

Location is not very great you can access is easily but there are no attractions or food places or shops nearby there’s just one very small shop that you can access by foot. And my biggest let down was air conditioner control I think it’s centrally controlled and they control the temperature centrally and it was peak summer when i visited so at times room wasn’t cold enough for my liking
