When you take a shower the water spreads all over the room (you have to make a very low pressure to avoid this.). You don't have ventilation in the toilet or air freshener.

The staff (Barker, çimel & everyone) were very helpful and accommodating. The washing machine, and all kitchen facilities really helped a lot during our stay. A welcome wines (white and red) was very thoughtful. Very good to have a swimming pool in the property. The fragrance of the Jasmine Flower, in the surroundings (fence) feels like you were in your own home. Really appreciate all the effort of the staff to make our stay like home.

The air-conditioner in the second room not working properly, was reported and waiting for maintenance according to the staff. The electric power was off for 3 hours, and there is no emergency lights back-up, hopefully it will be sorted next time.

The apartments were clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and did their best to help us. We had rented 10 apartments as we had travelled over for a family wedding.

On booking, I had been told the swimming pool would be open if the weather was nice. The weather was amazing and the pool was closed and drained. However, the staff did really and put sun beds out for us so we could still sunbathe. I had also been assured that the hotel would arrange food for my daughter's hen do and that didn't happen. They also told us the bar would be open and it wasn't. We went to a shop for alcohol drinks and the hotel staff DID provide free soft drinks and mixers for us. I had visited the property a month before the wedding trip to check everything and feel now, that the manageress just told me anything to get the large off season booking. Turned out she had since left and the news manager had no idea what she'd promised..

I had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Residence Hotel! The customer service was superb, with staff who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The rooms were tidy, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. The pool was a real highlight, with clean, sparkling water thanks to their daily cleaning routine. The reception team was exceptionally helpful, especially in assisting us to find vegetarian food options and even booking them for us. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. I highly recommend the Flamingo Residence Hotel in Turkey! We stayed for 3 days and were impressed not just by the hotel, but by the kindness and helpfulness of the Turkish people. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return!

Our stay was truly wonderful – especially for families with children. There were plenty of activities for the kids, both indoors and outdoors, and the environment felt safe and welcoming. We really appreciated how child-friendly everything was – from the food to the accommodation. We made lots of great memories and shared many laughs. We would definitely consider coming back!

very friendly multilingue staff, always ready to help during the stay, and even after it (i had the troubles of the lost luggage during the return flight, they suggested me to contact the company and the airpot from their side), nice clean building, someone on the desk 24h round; very good appart equipment with the kitchen facilities, confortable beds and sofas, free wifi... I highly recommend this residence, during and out of the touristic season!

I liked everything! just a little suggestion: if possible, to put 1-2 more big cups in the kitchen; and if possible to have some city maps in it could be a '+' for the 'non-connected' tourists

The apartments and facilities and the staff are the best we enjoyed are stay so much we booked another 10 days and will definitely be coming back as soon as we can .I would recommend to anyone, you will be guaranteed of an excellent accomadation which is clean and comfortable with exceptionally brilliant helpful friendly staff in every department

I loved everything

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and what made our stay even more pleasant was that they were fluent in English. This was a huge relief, as we faced some challenges communicating with locals in Turkey due to the language barrier. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and it was evident that they prioritized hygiene and sanitation, which made us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. The apartments were not only spacious but also fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home!

The only downsides were the poor Wi-Fi in our apartment, limited to the living room, and the pool had some black particles and loose hairs during the day.

It’s was one of the best stay in the city of Antalya because of the staff are so friendly and soo helpful and never say no to anything you ask for always looking for way of helping out I would recommend to stay here!!!

We stayed here for a week in a self catering apartment .Nice property with all the necessary amenities and a fully equipped kitchen .The staff were very friendly and helpful with information and booking taxis etc .It’s near to most super markets and bus stops .For Antalyacart (public transport tickets )the nearest vending machine is also 10 mins walk .All in all ,a pleasant stay and experience !Thank you
